Casting directors are looking for a range of background actors for a wholesome library and neighborhood scene. This includes kids attending story time, library staff, and a neighbor with a car. Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in background scenes involving library and community settings

  • Follow on-set directions and maintain energy and consistency throughout filming

  • Collaborate respectfully with other background actors and production crew

Requirements

  • Children aged 5–6 to portray kids during library story time

  • Female talent in their 20s to 40s to portray library staff

  • Adults 20+ with a car, truck, or SUV that is not white or red to appear as a neighbor with a vehicle

A feature film is casting a 16–17-year-old boy to portray a lovable, dorky teen in a fun and heartfelt scene. The character is the son of a major character and plays a memorable role in the final day of filming. Job Responsibilities

  • Portray a quirky, endearing teen character in a key scene

Requirements

  • Male, age 16–17

  • Confident, expressive, and comfortable in front of the camera

  • Reliable, professional, and able to follow on-set direction

Compensation

  • $182 for a 12-hour shoot day

  • Meals and production support provided

  • Screen credit and valuable experience working on a feature film set
