Crafted is looking for a knowledgeable Art Director who will concept, design and coordinate resources to create original creative for our B2B customers.Â
The Art Director will meet with clients and internal departments to discuss and establish project objectives, research current trends and the target demographic and troubleshoot the visual needs of a campaign from the initial planning stages until the finished campaign is presented.Â
The successful Art Director is an experienced creative and multitasker with exceptional project, time management and communication skills. You should be punctual, perceptive and detail-oriented with a great mind for developing and realizing the vision of the campaign.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Deliver a wide array of design outputs, including digital, print, environmental, web, storyboards and video graphics.Â
- Provide support to the Creative Director and other key stakeholders.Â
- Develop design concepts and creative solutions that meet clients’ business objectives and budgets.Â
- Working with other members of the art department to evaluate client or company needs and create visual elements for campaigns.Â
- Speaking with the company or client to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback and present the final campaign.Â
- Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets and industry trends.Â
- Collaborate with other departments and contractors to create cohesive, effective campaigns.Â
- Establish budgets and timelines and deliver the finished campaign within those parameters.Â
- Troubleshooting design and process problems as they arise.Â
- Look for ways to improve design department processes.Â
Your Required Education and Professional ExperienceÂ
- 5+ years of experience within an agency or marketing organization delivering high-end creative for demand generation programs with the above-listed responsibilities.Â
- Ability to work autonomously; self-sufficient and personally motivated to deliver excellent work and results.Â
- Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening and coaching.Â
- Experience with Adobe and a myriad of creative platforms and tools.Â
- Ability to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment.Â
- Design degree or creative/design-based education.Â
