Job Description
A casting team is seeking young actors with vehicles from the 1990s to early 2000s to appear as background performers in the SAG film Deep Cuts. This production is looking for talent who can help recreate an authentic time period by bringing era-appropriate vehicles to set.

Selected performers will appear in background scenes filmed in San Francisco and Berkeley, helping build the visual atmosphere of the film. Talent with qualifying vehicles may also receive an additional car bump as part of their compensation.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform as background talent in scenes for the feature film Deep Cuts

• Bring and use a 1990s–early 2000s vehicle for filming if selected for car scenes

• Follow direction from assistant directors and production staff during filming

• Maintain continuity and professionalism during production

• Collaborate with cast and crew while on set

Requirements

• Actors ages 18–30 (must be 18 or older)

• Must have a car from the 1990s to early 2000s (no red or bright-colored vehicles preferred)

• Comfortable performing background work on a professional film set

• Ability to provide a photo of the vehicle including year, make, model, and color if submitting with a car

• Applicants without a qualifying vehicle may still submit if they match the role requirements

Compensation

• SAG background rate

• Additional car bump for approved vehicles used in filming

• Opportunity to work on a SAG feature film production
