IN YOUR DAY TO DAY, AS TALENT AND CULTURE DIRECTOR, YOU’LL:
- Support the Studio’s growth by supporting senior management in its strategic planning, design and implement talent management projects and offer advice on the application of recognized talent management strategies, systems and programs;
- Develop capacity plans with production teams, coordinate recruitment with external partners, and carry out selection activities (e.g. creation of job postings, identification of skills profile, interview facilitation) and integration activities;
- Develop a training offer for managers and individual contributors by identifying learning opportunities offered by partners (e.g. La Guilde, universities) and industry (e.g. GDC, E3), in addition to design and deliver training workshops;
- Develop and implement a career path program, ensure the implementation of the talent development program and support managers in the execution of the development activities calendar;
- Ensure the implementation and continuous optimization of the various talent management programs and processes (e.g. compensation, retention strategies, engagement survey, hybrid work) and corporate policies;
- Coordinate the annual talent compensation process within the Studio and lead talent review activities.

- Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Ph.D or DPsy

In this role, you will shape our social presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, creating platform-native content that engages learners, partners, and communities. You will lead social campaigns, manage paid and organic digital marketing efforts, and drive measurable audience growth and lead conversion. A day in the life
- Develop and execute a creative social media strategy to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive lead conversion.
- Develop, execute, and optimize the social media strategy across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and formats to expand reach and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including copy, short-form video, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience.
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns across multiple platforms, both organic and paid.
- Monitor trends, perform social listening, and use analytics to optimize content and campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and program teams to support brand initiatives.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, human-centered manner.
- Identify and partner with influencers or partners as needed to expand reach and impact.
Your expertise
- 2–3 years of professional social media management experience.
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and performance optimization.
- Ability to create content tailored to platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with social listening and content optimization best practices.

Associate Photographers will have appointments set for defined dates and times, where they will scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans. Associate Photographers will also be responsible for residential photography to be used in marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments to future owners and renters. This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.

- Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces, Homes.com and Apartments.com, by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client’s demands.
- Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
- Own the market! While not working on a residential home, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage. Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Physical Requirements of Position
