Laundry is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our amazing team.
In this role, you would oversee a wide range of design-driven projects spanning across 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, editorial, and post/VFX. Candidates should have extensive knowledge in bidding and overseeing live-action production and audio post-production as well. There’s never a dull day!
EP would be responsible for two major areas, business development, and production management. You will work with our Managing Director and our robust sales team, Executive Creative Directors, and other Executive Producers to ingest jobs, bid on projects, and manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of executive producing experience in a creative production studio. EPs are charged with packaging projects with studio producers and creative teams and managing producers to bring the projects in on time and under budget while ensuring client elation! This position requires strong negotiation skills, meeting aggressive deadlines as well as extensive experience in project budgeting and scheduling for post and live-action production. This position would oversee production and creative teams and report to the Managing Director and owners. Experience with diverse commercial work and direct-to-brand is a huge plus. Qualifications and experience to include:
● Maintain positive and professional relationships with Clients.
● Building Budgets and Schedules with ECDs and Managing Director
● Accurately scope work and create project schedules for delivery. Manage producers to meet approved budgets.
● Manage multiple producers on projects keeping them on-schedule and on-budget.
● Client Outreach & Entertaining
● Identify effective staffing for project needs.
● Ensure the team consistently exceeds client expectations.
● Ensure the client approves and signs off on all job phases and deliverables.
● Oversee estimated actuals and Running Cost Reports from producers.

Union submissions for experienced male stand in to portray age 20’s to early 40’s, African American, height 5’8 to 5’10 with dark hair.
Shoots on Thursday 12/14 in Los Angeles. We will test you on the set.
Has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 6 months and above working on its set. According to the CDC, people age 50 and above are eligible for a second booster, and minors age 6 months and above are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, at this time. To be eligible to work on this production, you must be (1) either (a) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine AND received a “Booster” if you are eligible for a Booster according to CDC guidelines (click here to check if you are eligible for Booster) (Also: if you received the AstraZeneca and Novavax vaccines, then three doses of any combination of Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, or Novavax vaccines would deem you Boosted) or (b) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine but not yet Booster-eligible; or (2) have a medical disability or sincerely-held religious belief that prevents vaccination.

Looking for background who own one of these musical instruments:

MUST own the instrument and MUST be okay with your instrument being handled by others. The instruments will be used in a pretend/pantomime way in a jazz band scene. Rate is $250.
As a condition of working on set, all talent are required to get Covid-19 test at a production sanctioned testing facility prior to any work date.
Must be okay with any form test (nasal swabs, etc). Additional testing may also be done on workdays. While at the test facility and on set, Production requires that a face mask that covers your nose and mouth be worn.
