About The Role

As the Creative Director, you will hold a pivotal position in crafting and implementing our brand’s creative strategy. You will be at the helm of a team of talented creatives, guiding them to produce compelling content, visually arresting product designs, and highly effective digital advertising campaigns. General Purpose & Essential Duties:

The Accounting Director leads accounts receivable and collections efforts and oversees the entire billing and collection process including but not limited to invoicing, customer billing inquiries, cash application, and collections processes. The Accounting Director will delegate, supervise, and participate in accounting team tasks, oversee the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information, and ensure that the department operates efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Oversee team of Billing, AR, and Collection Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and tracking of accounts receivable aging by customer and revenue type
  • Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new team members, new hire and ongoing training of Billing , AR & Collection Specialists

Responsibilities: The Youth Theater Manager is responsible for managing and assisting SCA’s summer college interns in developing workshop and lesson plans, creating set pieces for performances, and coordinating performance and event logistics. They will create programs to teach and build a greater appreciation for the visual and performing arts in our community.

Duties: Manage, schedule, and support a team of theater interns. Work closely with Visual Arts and Musical Theater interns in all production aspects. Teach summer workshops in schools and in the community while working with other staff in other event related duties.

Benefits

Base salary range: $90-125K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
