Job Description:
We are currently seeking to cast men and women for the role of Event Staff in an upcoming production. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to the success of the event. The role involves setting up and preparing the venue for the event.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up the venue for the event.
- Follow directions from the event coordinators to arrange furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Ensure all preparations are completed before the event starts.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a welcoming environment for attendees.
Requirements:
- Ages 21-55, open to all genders.
- Must be fully available on Monday, May 20th with no prior commitments. Expect a 12-hour workday starting early in the morning (approx. 5:30 AM).
- Capable of performing physical tasks involved in event setup.
- Open diversity and open ethnicity. New faces are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available for a wardrobe fitting on Friday, May 17th, or Saturday, May 18th, between 9 AM and 4 PM in Wilmington, NC.
Compensation:
- $134 for the first 10 hours.
- Overtime compensation for hours worked beyond the initial 10 hours.
- Additional $25 wardrobe fitting bump if a fitting is required.

Requirements

Prior experience or training as a 1st AC preferred

Must be based in or able to work in Los Angeles
