Job Description:
A major motion picture filming in Buffalo, NY, is seeking male and female stand-ins for a feature film. This is a great opportunity for experienced or aspiring background talent looking to gain on-set experience and work closely with the production team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stand-in for principal actors during filming and lighting setups

• Maintain availability for the full duration of shooting days

• Follow direction from the director and cinematography team

• Participate in potential in-person auditions and lineups

Requirements:

• Must be local to Buffalo, NY

• Must be SAG-AFTRA or non-union talent

• Male Stand-Ins:

  • Ages 18–40

  • Height approximately 5’8”–5’10”

  • Tan skin tone, dark hair preferred

  • Average build: L–XL, Waist 32–36, Suit Coat 38–44

• Female Stand-Ins:

  • Ages 18–40

  • Height approximately 5’4”–5’6”

  • Tan skin tone, dark long hair

  • Average build: Waist 27–30, Bust 32–34

• Must be available for the duration of the shoot

• May be asked to attend an in-person lineup

Compensation:

• $262 per 8-hour day (SAG BG Scale)

• Will McCoy (Supporting Role): Male, 40s, any ethnicity. Jack’s younger brother; warm, steady, family man.

• David Martinez (Supporting Role): Male, 30s–40s, any ethnicity. Garland Inn chef; dependable, has history with Erin.

• Erin Collins (Supporting Role): Female, 40s, any ethnicity. Runs Veteran’s Center; confident, rekindles romance.

Compensation

• Scale Day Player Rate: $1204/day + 10% agency fee
