A production team is seeking a Production Assistant for a one-day corporate video shoot in downtown Philadelphia. This project will involve working with a small crew to support on-set operations and assist with various production needs throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, hands-on, and capable of supporting both logistical tasks and transportation needs, particularly driving equipment or talent vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general on-set production tasks
• Help coordinate equipment and crew needs during filming
• Drive the camera or talent van as needed
• Support a small production team in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organization and professionalism on set

Requirements

• Must be available for a full-day shoot
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive production vehicles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to production needs
• Previous production assistant experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

• $350 for 12 hours
• One-day paid opportunity
