SCAD seeks an experienced film and video director for its location in historic Savannah, Georgia.

In this full-time position, your primary responsibility will be to develop film and video projects that communicate SCAD’s brand, goals, and stories based on the overall strategies of the visual media department. You will direct and produce short, targeted films for various SCAD initiatives, including documentary, television, advertising, and special-project use. Among other duties, you will also ideate, pitch story ideas, develop creative and technical filming approaches, and produce approved concepts into finished films.

The successful candidate is confident, creative, and can use stellar interpersonal communication skills to motivate others. The candidate should have a strong grasp of streaming protocols, file formats, codecs, and encoding, as well as an understanding of basic streaming concepts (e.g., differences between streaming, downloading, progressive downloading, on-demand files, live broadcasting, etc.). What We Are Looking For

AT WILL MEDIA (AWM) is seeking an Executive Podcast Producer to oversee the development, production, and execution of a slate of original shows. This role requires professional podcast experience at a network, production company, or distributor/media company. The Executive Podcast Producer will help define our fiction and non-fiction programming slate and manage our production team. The Executive Podcast Producer reports to the CEO and will be a part of AWM’s executive leadership team.

The successful candidate is an experienced people-manager who can help us meet the highest quality production standards. They have knowledge of distributor and network expectations in the entertainment industry and excel at partner management. The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge and proven experience with new show development, talent, and staffing.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee AWM’s entire slate of original programming across, including teams of fiction and nonfiction producers
  • Collaborate with development teams to plan the scope and strategy of our original slate, take the lead on transitioning projects from development to pre-production
  • Staff strong teams for original projects made up of full-time staff members and/or contractors
  • Manage relationships with contractors and specialists on development and production projects
  • Liaise with legal and executive team leadership to draft and execute contracts, statements of work, and agreements and documents for new contractors and partners
  • Oversee project format and outline creation in collaboration with external partners
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communications with studio executives and creative partners
  • Provide ongoing feedback and operational improvements to production teams, along with establishing/overseeing workflows and processes across all originals projects
  • Prepare project budgets/timelines, evaluating and iterating as necessary to meet financial goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited university, preferably in Film/Audio Production, Journalism, or equivalent industry experience. MA a plus.
  • 10-year minimum industry experience, 4+ years managing podcast production teams
  • Strong rolodex and/or relationships with key podcast distributors, producers, and executives
  • Proven success launching podcasts and/or running a slate of programming
  • Strong editorial judgment, hands-on production skills, and the ability to deliver clear feedback
  • Foundational knowledge of funding mechanisms and development processes within the film, TV, and audio industries, high level negotiation skills
  • Strong vision for the future of podcasting and untapped audiences/revenue streams
  • Comprehensive understanding of entertainment programming interests

Company 3 Method Studios Inc is looking for an Associate Producer, Archival to join its archive and production team. The Associate Producer will work closely with our internal production team client production, client editorial and the various faculties and services here at Company 3.

Main Duties

The Archive Associate Producer will also participate alongside our producing team and deliverables team on regular status calls, production summaries and strategy meetings for high-profile feature finishing projects. This position will coordinate with internal data management team to ensure timely migration of all digital & physical assets relevant to your project into, through and out of our storage infrastructure and facilities. What You Bring

You have a desire to learn the base of how the finishing workflow is handled, including image acquisition technologies, best editorial procedure, online-conform, color correction, LUTs, digital cinema, HDR and deliverable requirements and procedures relevant to each of your projects – to ensure hand off to archive team is smooth.   • Previous experience in a feature or episodic dailies, Post Production or VFX finishing environment.

  • An understanding of the digital editorial process and the relationship between offline and online editorial environments.

The Associate Producer supports the senior level producers on client facing projects for both video and event programs. This person is responsible for assisting with logistics as well as making sure project elements are delivered on time and on budget in conjunction with the core team. Small projects will be assigned to be managed independently based on experience. ROSEWOOD is looking for an Associate Integrated Producer to assist with the organization and team execution of a wide range of creative projects and productions. The Associate Integrated Producer’s role is to help ensure that all aspects of a production and post-production are successfully delivered to the client, on time and on budget. The Associate Integrated Producer effectively communicates with the team and vendors. This role is fast-paced and requires superb communication, ongoing partnership, and a can-do attitude.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Assist the Production team through the entire lifecycle of productions.
  • Assist in communications, as needed, with clients and vendors, and additional stakeholders throughout the production process. Regularly communicate project updates to the Executive Producer and Production team.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Post Production & Creative departments throughout the creative development process to advise on the feasibility of ideas.
  • Assist with curating our network of production talent. From contract crew, talent, influencers, creators, and vendors.
  • Eagerness to creative produce and shoot/edit for small-scale productions for social platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Develop and manage production calendars and work back schedules.
  • Complete all required paperwork and tracking for the production and post production team.
  • Research and assist the Production team to secure all props, models/talent, and/or locations needed for shoots.
  • Work with insurance agents to produce COIs.
  • Assist in pulling permits from appropriate organizations as needed.
  • Work closely with the Producer to manage a full team for studio shoots and on-location productions from pre-production through wrap.
