Job Responsibilities
- Assist operations and production teams during live remote broadcasts
- Run errands and provide logistical support for production personnel
- Coordinate announcer arrivals, departures, and related activities
- Distribute information and materials to crew members and staff
- Support daily broadcast operations and event workflows
- Complete assigned tasks to help maintain smooth production execution
- Communicate effectively with operations and production leadership
- Adapt quickly to changing production needs and priorities
Requirements
- Must reside within 100 miles of the event location
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience working on at least eight live remote productions as a runner
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to production support
- Willingness to check in and out daily with the operations team
- Familiarity with the venue and local area preferred
- Leadership experience assisting or directing other runners is a plus
- Basic understanding of broadcast production operations preferred
