We are filming a FIREFIGHTER ACADEMY TRAINING SCENE and we are searching for REAL FF’S/TRAINEES/FF VOLUNTEERS (all ethnicities, male and female, ages 18 to 45, TO WORK ON MONDAY, APRIL 3rd. This will require a Covid test (takes about one hour) on Friday, March 31st.
These are paid, non-speaking extra roles! If you work all day you will receive a delicious meal. Yay! Our set caterers are the best!
We are filming a FF training classroom scene and an outside training course.
We love casting real FF’s as we want it to be REAL with great attention to actual FF energy and movements.
Some of our real firefighters/medics have been working with us for over ten years… it’s amazing. It is an honor to work with our first responders.

Summary: This is a leadership role in the development and execution of the product category strategy and related innovation agenda, for our Big Bets (Alternative Protein & Nutrition) by leveraging primary and secondary market, segment, category, and consumer insights, as a key enabler to delivering on our 2030 Aspirations and establishing Griffith Foods as a Product Leader. Drive a culture of innovation, curiosity, excitement, and engagement around each big bet.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Big Bet GM, develop category strategy for our Alternative Protein and Nutrition Big Bets.
- As a key component of the category strategy, develop a comprehensive portfolio management and innovation agenda, now/next/future.
- Provides strategic view and guidance to the business to define Where to Play and How to Win initiatives, based on trends, insights, and information.
- Lead commercial IPM process related to all global innovations.
- Lead organizational storytelling efforts and the development of value-based selling tools associated with Big Bet innovations.
- Lead and collaborate with regional business units to ensure successful commercialization of product innovation.
- Lead commercial engagement, in partnership with Business Development teams, within key grow aggressive segments and their related customers and targets.
- Develop, in partnership with Global Brand Development and Communications, thought leadership content designed to differentiate Griffith Foods.
- Analyze category performance, internally and externally, to drive business decision making.
- Responsible for building partnerships and ecosystems aligned to delivering on category strategy.
- Responsible for partnering with respective core capability leaders to develop plans to elevate appropriate capabilities in service of our category strategy.
- Take on a leadership role on the Global Innovation Council and with the Alternative Protein task force.
- Liaise with Global Marketing leaders on an as needed basis to help drive category strategy through the business units in an efficient, effective, and consistent manner.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing. MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of Marketing experience with a preference for those with product/category management with an emphasis on innovation.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and innovation plans.
- Demonstrated history of working with cross-functional global teams, in addition to working autonomously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high priority tasks.
- High attention to detail for both written and visual context across diverse audiences.
- Passion for innovation and continuously adapting to the evolving needs of the world.
- Ability to influence and lead, without direct authority.
- Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- 20-25% global travel required.

As a Product Marketing Manager – Blockchain/NFT, you will join the new Blockchain organization and own the marketing strategy and execution across the ZBC portfolio. A particular focus will be on leading marketing efforts on social media channels such as Twitter and Discord to create highly engaged communities around our ZBC titles.
You’ll be responsible for growing the games’ target market, and awareness and delivering multi-channel go-to-market plans for various features and beats.
- Development of strategies plans and owning the execution of integrated marketing plans across the ZBC portfolio
- Build and evolve product positioning and key messaging for use in external communication, identify value propositions and key messages that bond the right players to our games
- Analyze the performance of all marketing programs to identify the best opportunities for optimization, and regularly iterate to increase performance, making recommendations to continually refine marketing strategies around acquisition, engagement, and retention of the players
- Ensure goals and incentives are aligned across all teams including game studio, marketing creative, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, social media marketing, and others
- Work with the Product Management and CI team to conduct research that offers insights into the attributes and needs of both existing and potential users. Help identify product gaps where Zynga could better satisfy end-users and partners. Author business requirements based on these user insights that help advise and influence the long-term product roadmap.
- Present and report to studio leadership and collaborators on marketing strategies, plans, and findings, on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis, as needed
- Track and interpret product and marketing analytics; suggest improvements or revised marketing strategies, where meaningful
- Build, guide, and track the team’s marketing budget. Conduct return on investment analyses on all marketing programs and apply takeaways to future programs
- 4+ years experience in free-to-play games marketing with a strong track record of success and results across multiple projects
- Knowledge of W2 and W3, NFT, and Blockchain
- Strong influencing skills; effective cross-functional driver. Has strong communication skills and can build rapport with various departments and channel owners — doesn’t rely on previously built relationships as an end-all, be-all
- Is a leader, but can also be an independent contributor — someone who can inspire, empower, and assist others when needed
- Has a deep understanding of their team’s objectives and responsibilities and is able to speak to all marketing projects on a high level
- Has strong presentation skills — knows and understands what KPIs are important to highlight for our marketing efforts and campaigns
- Can excel in a fast-paced environment and complete projects from start to finish in a timely manner
- Has strong project management skills that help to prioritize and disperse various projects. Ability to be flexible on a day-to-day basis with task priority
- Strong and versatile copywriting experience across multiple marketing channels
