Position: Product Manager

Salary: $110 – $120k

An environmental branch of a biotech company is looking for an individual that has product managing/development, marketing sales or strategic sourcing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize global revenue, margins, and growth of products.
  • Run technical sales support and promotion of products to customers.
  • Drive revenue growth throughout the entirety of product life cycle.
  • Work closely with sales team to meet goals and objectives.
  • Maintains and analyzes competitor research.
  • Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with air quality/industrial hygiene.
  • Prior technical experience or direct market experience.
  • Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually to identify means of growth.
  • Ability to obtain/evaluate data sets, set strategies, and drive execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, visually compelling creating solutions for healthcare pharmaceutical clients, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the art department, providing creative direction, guidance, and inspiration to a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and other stakeholders, to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Provide art direction for all creative projects, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional design and creative concepts across a range of media and channels.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of designers and other creative professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in art direction, graphic design, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective creative concepts and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

I am working with an up and coming advertising agency seeking a creative and strategic Market Access focused Senior Art Director to join their team. The Senior Art Director will work closely with the Associate Creative Director while focusing on Managed Markets communication. As the Senior Art Director you will be responsible for designing and creating compelling visual materials that support the market access team’s goals of achieving successful product launches and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling and persuasive presentations, posters, brochures, and other materials to support product value proposition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across all materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in market access design and leverage them to continuously improve design output.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market access landscape and reimbursement process.
  • Strong design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Proven experience through a portfolio or work samples of visual materials that support market access initiatives and product launches.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
