This spot is illuminating a new medical device that gives doctors a little extra support and will highlight the doctor in a positive light. The technology spotlights the doctor’s compassion and kindness in treatment with their patient. The medical technology allows the doctor to track progress, similar to a fitness or step counting app.

Studies show good connections between doctors and patients result in better patient outcomes. That’s why this is a topic that is seriously and rigorously tackled in the best medical schools in the world.

We’re working together with the The University of California San Diego in the creation and testing of a beta version of a medical technology. After a successful trial, our hope is that this technology can be implemented long term for use at UCSD, and eventually become a tool used by doctors everywhere.

This is for a technology that helps doctors remember to connect with their patients. We’re going to help doctors notice the quality of their interactions so they can connect better with their patients. When turned on during medical exams, the device will give feedback to the doctors based on the three critical metrics that research shows are the most important: proportion of conversation spent speaking, time until and frequency of interruptions, and the amount of technical language used.

In the SAN DIEGO area, we are seeking ACTUAL stories from people who have dealt with or are currently facing challenges in the medical system, including, but not limited to, inequality, empty communication, interruptions when explaining symptoms, clinical jargon, lack of bedside manner, trouble comprehending a diagnosis, etc. Whatever the story may be, we are looking for those REAL and EMOTIONAL experiences.

SYNOPSIS OF CAMPAIGN

  • Lead the development of ownable best-in-class social strategy and marketing campaigns across all channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Present comprehensive strategies and campaign plans to gain senior management alignment and partner buy-in. Communicate out to cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and execute daily channel operations: content planning, copywriting, and community management across all platforms
  • Manage content creation and curation process (organic and paid), including photo and video shoots, as well as partnering with the Influencer Manager to ideate and collaborate on paid partner content

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong interest in the digital space.
  • Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc
  • Extensive experience with Social Media Management Systems and Social Listening/Analytics tools. (e.g. Listen First, Traackr, Dash Hudson, Curalate, Social Flow, Tweetdeck, Hoot Suite, etc).
  • Experience working across digital media and creative: drawing connections between the brand identity and marketing objectives to inform differentiated and effective new media programs that engage customers, increase awareness and spark advocacy

Our award-winning client are on the lookout for an experienced Social Media Manager to join the team and take up an exciting and varied role within the company. You’ll be working on a diverse mix of campaigns for some fantastic, globally recognisable clients across different industries.

Role in a nutshell ????

  • Oversee the social media management of multiple clients
  • Oversee, plan and deliver monthly social content plans across different platforms and clients (Hootsuite & Facebook Business)
  • Design and deliver engaging social media strategies for each client, working with the digital and studio team
  • Help to develop, launch and manage new competitions/campaigns that may come in across different clients and sectors
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance through monthly reports supplied to clients
