Job Description
A national HIV prevention campaign is seeking diverse LGBTQIA+ talent to be featured in an important and impactful project. This campaign will highlight inclusivity, representation, and real stories while spreading awareness. Filming will take place in Vancouver, with casting in both Vancouver and Toronto. Travel and accommodations will be provided for Toronto-based talent.

Requirements

Two Black brothers or twins, ages 10–13

Must be comfortable on camera and available for filming in Vancouver
Compensation

Travel allowance: $300 (Toronto talent only)

Down day: $300 (Toronto talent only)

Per diem: $100 per day (Toronto talent only)

Wardrobe fitting: $75 for first 2 hours, $37.50 per additional hour

Session fee: $600 for 10 hours

Overtime: $90 per hour after 10 hours

OCP Talent Buyout: $10,800 for 2 years (based on final edit and usage)

The project will film in Toronto and aims to cast individuals who embody the character of a teacher and a leader, highlighting inclusivity and diverse representation. This is a great opportunity to be featured in a meaningful, nationally seen campaign.
Job Responsibilities

Portray the role of a teacher or leader in a scripted PSA campaign

Participate in casting recall, wardrobe fitting, and scheduled shoot days

Deliver lines naturally and authentically on camera

Engage in direction from production during all stages of filming
Requirements

Wheelchair User: Any gender, age 25–45, to play the role of a teacher

Indigenous Individual: Any gender, age 30–60, to play the role of a leader

Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Available for recall (Zoom for wheelchair users), wardrobe fitting, and shoot dates

Non-union performers are welcome
Compensation

Approx. $3,500 per person based on edit inclusion and usage
