Job Description
A major FIFA campaign filming in Toronto is now casting Canadians for a worldwide commercial celebrating Canadian culture, identity, and community. Production is seeking diverse and authentic talent to portray kayakers, FIFA superfans, campers, mounties or park rangers, and proud neighborhood supporters coming together for the Canadian opening ceremonies. This non-union project will highlight the spirit and diversity of Canada on a global stage.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial scenes celebrating Canadian culture and community
- Portray authentic lifestyle roles including kayakers, campers, FIFA fans, mounties, rangers, and neighborhood supporters
- Follow direction from the production and creative teams on set
- Participate in wardrobe fittings and filming as scheduled
Requirements
- Open to all genders and ethnicities
- Kayakers ages 30–40 with real kayaking experience preferred
- FIFA fans in their 20s encouraged to apply with friends
- Campers ages 20–25 encouraged to apply with friends or partners
- Mounties or rangers ages 40–60, real park ranger experience is a plus
- Neighborhood fans ages 40–60 encouraged to apply with family or community members
- Must be available for wardrobe and filming dates if selected
- Comfortable appearing in a large-scale commercial production
Compensation
- $1,000 CAD per person if selected
- Non-union commercial project
- Filming in Toronto, Canada
- Commercial will air during the Canadian opening ceremonies and worldwide
