A fast-turnaround SAG Social Media Waiver commercial is seeking non-union and union-eligible talent for multiple scripted and photo-only roles filming in Richmond, Virginia. Self-tapes are required, and the production is looking for relatable, real-world personalities—parents, teens, kids, and specialty talent—who can deliver natural, camera-ready performances.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit a self-tape with a clear slate and follow provided performance direction

• Deliver grounded, natural reads with light improv (where requested)

• For specialty roles, provide clear photos/video that match the role needs (hands, motorcycle, tattoo work, etc.)

• Work professionally on set and take direction efficiently

Requirements

• Include slate details: name, height, where you’re based, and any current blackout dates

• Role-specific eligibility (open to any ethnicity unless noted):

  • Wife/Mom (30–45, female): warm, upbeat, comedic timing; improv a plus

  • Husband/Dad (30–45, male): slightly unaware, committed physically to comedy; improv a plus

  • Kid (8–12, any gender): able to convincingly mimic playing piano/keyboard

  • Streamer (16–25, male): credible gamer look; fun, PG energy (no toxic chatter)

  • Hand Model (under 40): well-groomed hands, no visible tattoos on hands/arms, no nail-biting; show front/back of hands + full body view

  • Biker (40–50, male, photo role): authentic road-worn vibe; motorcycle photos/video requested; may require additional specific photos

  • Motorcycle Couple (30–40, 1 male + 1 female): believable real couple vibe; comfortable miming riding together

  • Tattoo Artist (female, ideally real tattoo artist): visible tattoos preferred; tattooing video a plus

  • ERS Worker (50–70, photo only): trustworthy, put-together, blue-collar feel

• For motorcycle-related roles, a valid motorcycle license may be requested; motorcycle photos/video may be required

• If your motorcycle is selected, an additional vehicle fee may apply

Compensation

• SAG Social Media Waiver (video) with SAG day rate: $822.30 for 8 hours

• Overtime: $154.18/hr (9th–10th hour), $205.58/hr (11th hour+)

• Video usage: paid under SAG Social Media Waiver terms (session/usage structure; 1-year term)

• Static roles (limited roles): 1-year social media usage

• Print/static fees noted by production may include: $600 sitting fee (+ agency where applicable) and/or $1200 per image set (+ agency where applicable, capped set count)

VCU and Hospital Commercial Casting Non Union Roles

Job Description
A non-union commercial project is seeking paid talent for a VCU and hospital-themed campaign filming in a studio environment. Self-tapes are required for consideration. Casting is looking for natural performers who can deliver genuine, real-life reactions and emotional choices for both video and photo usage. Talent should be available during the full filming window when submitting, with one day of work expected.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform natural, story-driven commercial actions for video and still photography

• Follow self-tape directions and deliver authentic, believable moments

• Take direction on set and maintain continuity across takes

• Portray everyday hospital and family interactions with warmth and realism

Requirements

• Non-union talent

• Self-tape required for consideration

• Comfortable with hospital environment storytelling (parents, kids, nurses, doctors scenes)

• Must be available during the production window when submitting (one day of work expected)

Compensation

• Session: $600 for 10 hours (additional hours at $100/hr)

• Usage buyout: $1,250 per year (year 2 +10%, year 3 +10% on year 2)

• Fitting fee: $250 per person

• Video usage: 1 year regional broadcast TV/CTV/paid social/OLV

• Photo usage: 1 year regional OOH/print/display/native/paid social

Commercial Shoot Casting (Airline Crew + Passengers)

Job Description
A paid commercial shoot in Manassas, Virginia is casting on-camera talent for a commercial/web project with standard industry usage. Casting needs 2 males and 2 females (any ethnicity) with a professional, camera-ready presence. Roles include airline crew (pilot and cabin attendant) and airline passengers with a polished, mid-career look. Wardrobe is provided for crew, while passenger roles require multiple business-ready looks.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform naturally on camera in a commercial/web production setting

• Follow direction for movement, timing, and reactions during filming

• Maintain continuity across takes and wardrobe changes

• Arrive prepared and stay professional for a full-day shoot

Requirements

• Must be able to work on location in Manassas, Virginia

• Comfortable on camera and able to take direction quickly

• Any ethnicity; 2 men + 2 women needed

• Role options:

  • Airline Crew (Pilot / Cabin Attendant): ages 24–32 (wardrobe provided)

  • Passengers: ages 35–45 (requires 2–3 wardrobe changes)

• Passenger wardrobe looks:

  • Business casual

  • Light business

  • Full professional attire

• Standard model release required prior to participation

Compensation

• $750 per talent (less agency fees)
