CASTING Woman aged 36-46 – cool look, with a warm and expressive face.

(HAS BEEN IN NO COMMERCIAL EVER PLEASE) 
  • It’s for the charity GambleAware. If selected, you’ll be standing-in for a woman who has experienced the impact of compulsive gambling -though thankfully is now in recovery.
  • The final shot of the advert will be optimistic and encouraging people to seek help, with the woman surrounded by friends living her normal life.
  • Please only apply if you’re comfortable with the subject matter.

CASTING 1 x woman in her 30s with ‘English Rose’ style colouring

Primary skin concern should be dryness (this is vitally important to the campaign – they will need visible signs of dryness for closeup non moisturised skin. ) for beauty campaign.

Fees / Dates:
Filming in London in very late February or early March. The cast will be asked to also meet the client team in person at some point before the shoot.

The cast will be paid £500 for filming, plus £4,000 usage (the campaign will be used for two years online and on social media – paid + organic views, in-store / clients own online & in-store, in-store collateral, digital & performance marketing, Organic Social, Press/PR.

PLEASE NOTE: There is also a chance that some of the footage might be used for TV or billboards (DOOH / OOH) – this will be confirmed at a later date and would involve additional payment.

What You Will Do:

As the Hybrid Experience Creative Director, your main responsibility will be to lead our creative marketing strategy for current and prospective brand partners. Focused on all brand & commercial driving channels supporting the full spectrum of key brand campaigns and business priorities for First Tube clients. This role reports to the EVP, Head of Agency.

 

How You Will Make A Difference:

  • Partner with a cross-functional team to establish campaign creative strategies/direction & content development.
  • Inform and drive senior management alignment on best practices in marketing storytelling.
  • Lead and assist on client proposals – from brainstorming to crafting narratives and strategy, to storytelling, co-creation of presentations (writing, working with graphic designers, etc.), to presenting.
  • As an expert in the brand creative space, drive testing, data, and efforts to help improve existing team resources/output to ensure best practices and a consistent brand voice and tone for each client.
  • Drive clear creative direction & execution strategies with internal and external partners.
  • Deliver best-in-class campaigns, celebrating the innovative DNA of our brand partners to authentically connect with consumers.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services Team to ensure the campaign’s creative vision is carried across all digital assets.
  • Convey information to diverse audiences, often across multiple channels.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on key campaign launch moments
  • Assist with design direction/vision on new business efforts
  • Be a true brand expert focused on holistic narratives that highlight our brand partners’ campaign priorities.
  • Drive ongoing creative partnerships with brand marketing teams to maximize long-term potential relationships.
  • Drive cross-functional efficiencies and effective brand marketing engagement to optimize internal/external resourcing.

What You Bring:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 10+ years minimum relevant brand experiences and 5+ years in management, including leading a team.

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • Extensive digital experience and a proven track record of success in digital content creation required. Specific knowledge and experience within Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and/or Twitch is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design and the editorial process, including familiarity with Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated success as a conceptual thinker that understands complex issues and how to drive new concepts and creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in brand marketing experiences leading fully integrated brand campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing best-in-class consumer experiences, product launches, collaboration and breakthrough consumer activations.

LA SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Art Director is responsible for creating high-end looks, ideating concepts, and animating their concepts for TV spots, trailers and digital A/V. Project to project, the Senior Art Director is also responsible for leading teams of Art Directors and Designers across both LA and NYC offices executing campaign design and production work. 

This is a leadership role. The Senior AD will be expected to mentor junior designers as a model of creativity and professionalism.

VP DIGITAL AND DESIGN (New York)

CREATIVE DIRECTOR – DESIGN & DIGITAL (Los Angeles) 

 

Tasks: 

1. Design – Creating industry-leading graphics for Theatrical, TV, Digital AV, and pitch decks. This includes collaborating in brainstorm sessions and contributing creative ideas.

2. Animating – once successful looks have been chosen,  animating those designs with fluency.

3. Supervising – If styles are delegated to junior designers, the Senior AD will be expected to supervise their work.

4. Mentoring – provide feedback, guidance, and advice to junior designers as we expand and strengthen the LA team.

  • 5+ years of people management experience – specifically managing copywriters and graphic designers to support a brand narrative across multiple channels and media.
  • An exceptional portfolio of work; experience developing brand platforms and brand books, with experience in global toolkit development across video/ motion, photography stills, digital, experiences and retail.
  • Experience and comfort in partnering and overseeing creative vision across teams.
  • On set photography experience with a sensitive eye for luxury art direction, photo/video editing, cropping, and retouching.
  • Expertise in modern media environments and creative best practices, with emphasis on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and owned web channels.
  • Superior and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, project management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of appropriate usage of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, image optimization for web, and other web authoring / motion graphic tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Creative specialty strongly preferred.
