Job Description
A new commercial is looking for real families who love enjoying delicious fried seafood! The production team is seeking authentic, fun-loving families to appear in a Fish Fry Commercial filmed in Palmetto, Florida. This is a great opportunity for families who enjoy spending time together and have a natural on-camera presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a commercial shoot in Palmetto, Florida.

  • Engage naturally on camera while enjoying fried seafood such as fish, shrimp, fries, and tater tots.

  • Deliver a simple one-liner as part of the scene.

  • Attend a scheduled fitting prior to filming.

Requirements

  • Real families of four who genuinely enjoy eating fried seafood.

  • Parents (Mom and Dad) should look between their 30s–40s.

  • Children: one son and one daughter, ages 8–13.

  • Must be a Florida resident and considered a local hire to Palmetto, FL.

  • No previous acting or commercial experience is required.

  • All talent must be comfortable eating fried seafood on camera.

  • Production will cover mileage for talent within Florida who live more than 60 miles from Palmetto.

Compensation

  • OCP Session Fee: $500 (10-hour day)

  • OCP Usage: $1,500 (if appearing in final edit)

  • Fitting Fee: $150

  • All rates are subject to agency fees.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the execution of the game development team to build an amazing F2P cross-platform game that will delight and engage players.
  • Partner closely with the game team’s General Manager to deliver on short-and long-term development objectives and translate these into clear operation and action plans.
  • Have a detailed understanding of where the project is; the EP will be able to give a detailed (if high level) overview of any part of the project, aware of how each area is tracking, the goals, challenges, as well as managing risk assessment while also defining mitigation plans that deliver on great outcomes for the product.
  • Responsible for seeing that the creative / product leadership teams are both set up for success when tackling the goals of the business — must push for alignment in how the team accomplishes the goals, and do so in a way that is supportive of both Scopley and the Studio as well as validating plans through the journey.
  • Manage the teams day-to-day activities while maintaining close communication with developers to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives and quality standards; be willing to roll up sleeves when necessary to get the job done (whether that is core job responsibilities for EP like tracking the budget, project schedule, etc. or not – e.g. running daily team standups, taking notes, etc.).
  • Create a culture where production is a “force multiplier” – set the standard for what good looks like by supporting, facilitating, tracking, and overall multiplying the efforts of the team to achieve our goals through producing tangible outcomes.
  • Drive leadership team to deliver a comprehensive roadmap working closely with Production — all team members have a clear understanding of what they should be working on based on this roadmap. All team members should have a clear understanding of what they need to work on next if they finish early or are blocked based on the roadmap.
  • Identify major gaps in current workflows and foundational challenges in how the team operates as a whole, identifying & getting ahead of challenges, and directing leads in addressing complex issues / working to resolve them.
  • Rallies and connects the full game team behind common purpose. Encourages and demonstrates how to work well across teams, roles and locations by building effective relationships throughout the game org
  • Plan for morale/motivation challenges. Be a presence of clear support and assurance in any emergency or stressful situation. Give clear support and reassurance to a team in high pressure situations. Provide an environment and channel which team members feel rewarded and empowered. Can rally and focus a large team on a single objective
  • Deep understanding of how to use velocity and scope at a high level project plan to allow for longer term roadmap planning with limited understanding of the detail of the delivery.

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 – 90,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Creative thinker with an emphasis on visual expression. Superior comping skills.  Able to create layouts and compositions based on existing design parameters. Not client facing. Works under limited direction of ACD or higher. Expected to generate over-arching creative ideas, as well as to round out campaigns originated by other teams. SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Manager

Position Overview: Alarm.com is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator & Manager with a strong background in filming and editing for digital platforms. As a core member of the Alarm.com social media team, you will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas, capturing on-brand video and photo content, and editing for optimal performance across all social media channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about storytelling, highly collaborative, and stays up to date with the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the social media team to brainstorm, plan, and script compelling content ideas tailored to platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
  • Independently film high-quality video and photo content featuring our products, team, partners, themselves, and industry stories, both in-studio and on-site as required.
  • Be an on-screen personality and spokesperson with experience in front of a camera.
  • Edit videos and photos for different formats, ensuring each piece aligns with Alarm.com’s brand voice, visual style, and the unique requirements of each platform.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets and raw files for ongoing reuse and adaptation.
  • Stay informed on evolving social media trends, tools, and creative approaches; proactively propose new content styles and concepts and pivot as needed to leverage trends to keep the Alarm.com brand fresh and engaging.
