Pivotal are delighted to be working with one of the world’s biggest social media brands who are looking for experienced and commercial-minded individuals in order to help onboard and manage leading fashion brands onto their e-commerce platform which was launched in the UK in 2021.

 

Reporting to the head of the category this role will be a key part of the fashion category, working with major brands to lead trends within social commerce and help shape the direction of an e-commerce platform predicted to generate £20billion in 2023.

 

Responsibilities

 

– Map the fashion category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team

– Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category

– Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)

– Build and be part of a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture

– Work with team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers

– Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

 

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

– 5+ years’ experience in the fashion category, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy

– Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills

– Strong sense of content and digital strategy

– Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
