The Messenger Product Creative team manages the development of expressive creative (AR, stickers, themes, interactive games) and product identity (product illustration systems, social campaigns) across Messenger and Messenger Kids. Our 50+ person interdisciplinary team delivers excellence of work through craft, product strategy, and cross-functional rigor. We partner with product, design, and engineering leads to bring innovation to the connective experiences people have on Messenger. Specifically, this role leads the AR and Messenger Kids Producer team as both a manager and an operational leader, providing mentorship, coaching and strategic support to the Producer team, and partnering with the Creative Director on holistic vision and operational execution. - Understanding of AR, animation, game production processes
