Overview
We are looking for a kick ass Creative Director to join our team. This person will be in charge of helping lead, shape and inspire our creative team to elevate our visual identity, the brand expression, tone of voice and content production so that we can reach new consumers and build deeper relationships with our current community.

Responsibilities
- Evolve the brand look and feel
- Help expand our tone of voice to work across the emerging new digital platforms.
- Direct the ideation, execution and iterations across all content for marketing and advertising.
- Create unique brand campaigns that let us cut through the noise in advertising that lets us scale our brand awareness.
- Incorporate and translate feedback from executive leadership and teammates into clear and inspiring guidance to develop the best work
- Own the creative expression of the brand across every touchpoint from digital to in-store.
- Create outstanding photography, videography direction, typography, branding application direction, and design direction
- Provide inspiration, mentorship and direction to diverse creatives
Qualifications // Experience
- 5+ years of industry experience; agency, design studio, production house, or relevant in-house marketing experience
- Experience in defining, building, and differentiating brands
- Understanding of industry trends and today’s creative landscape—how users engage with content, and trends within the marketing
- Experience building and managing an internal team and managing external partners.
- Experience in the creation of omni-channel marketing campaigns with digital being a core focus.
- Understands data and how that plugs into the creative process (conceptualizing, iterating, etc)
- Expertise in storytelling and content marketing across both digital and physical mediums.
- Experience in developing PR-worthy brand activations/moments that infuse content, influencer, paid media, CRM, etc to deliver business growth.
