We are The Soze Agency, a social impact creative firm and worker-owned cooperative driven by our three core values: compassion, authenticity and equity. Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, activists, storytellers, artists and strategists. We create immersive experiences, expansive social movements, strategies for the future and high-profile, large-scale public and virtual events.
We like people who have a wide-range of interests and are attuned to culture—low to high-brow, and think about storytelling, art, culture and design as levers to fundamentally shift social issues and how we interact with the world at large.
We are hiring a Talent Associate, who will be responsible for supporting talent and influencer engagement projects across our campaigns and projects. This person must be organized and fastidious, has a journalist-approach to nosiness and research, and loves spotting up and coming talent that we can potentially integrate into our social impact campaigns.
This is a part-time role that has potential to transition into a full-time position.
