This role is all about learning precise communication, management from start to finish, delegation and leadership. The Associate Producer should be able to scope, bid, and manage small to mid-scale productions/budgets, (video, design, motion/digital assets, audio, post-production) with the oversight and guidance of more senior producers.

The AP will work to ensure all deliverables are produced on-time, on-budget and at the highest quality standards. The AP position handles a variety of requests in support of the production department’s job flow, production activity and department organization. This person is organized, detail-oriented and has a strong visual aesthetic and has an Interest to crossover into all areas of production (TVC/OLV, STILLS, DIGITAL, OOH).

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Support

  • Assume accountability for defined client deliverables, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
  • Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items, ensuring all deadlines are met

Project Delivery

  • Ensure project/ program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly
  • Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met, and teams are set up for success
  • Manage production assets
  • Support and manage production logistics
  • Assist in maintaining and developing production and travel schedules
  • Coordinate and manage crew travel
  • Manage program wrap-up and archiving

Budget Management

  • Coordinate production estimates and invoices
  • Assist in reconciling costs against budget

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might also help if…

  • 1-2 years brand experience production experience preferred
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible and able to learn quickly
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Must have high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, MS PowerPoint and Keynote is a plus
  • Some travel required

A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Applicants must indicate the city they’re applying for: Cape Coral (FL), St. Augustine (FL), Orange Beach (AL), or Astoria (OR).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
