WBIE is looking for an Associate Producer to help with production efforts as part of a robust WBIE slate. The Associate Producer will support the Producer, Senior and/or Executive Producer with the day-to-day management of internal and external development teams, forging strong, successful partnerships between development and publishing resources. Job Description:
Spritz Society is seeking a Creative Producer to confidently lead and organize creative campaigns across the brand. This individual will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social teams to streamline all projects from start to finish. This includes crafting budgets, developing project timelines, managing agency partners, and leading team communication. The Project Manager is someone with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead while overseeing multiple aspects of the campaign cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce campaigns that are in-line with the brand vision, overseeing workflows, defining scope, and developing timelines and key milestones.
- Manage projects through brainstorms, planning, production, execution, and wrap-up.
- Provide vision and leadership as driver of all campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Social teams to acquire assets and align on strategic approaches.
- Develop and track budget, regularly checking all campaigns are on track.
- Drive meeting cadence, communication, and next steps for internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners such as agencies, designers, fabricators, and press on behalf of the organization.
- Implement problem-solving strategies in a fast-paced environment, keeping the team on track towards all brand goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of brand marketing or creative agency experience.
- Demonstrated history of leading marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Previous beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in defining project steps, managing a team, and leading brands towards successful campaign execution.
- Strong attention to detail including time-management and sharp organization.
- Detailed understanding and passion for marketing trends and cutting-edge strategies.
- Ability to generate creative solutions under deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills used effectively across all levels of the internal organization and with external partners.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), presentations, (Keynote or Powerpoint), and project management.
