Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a proficient team of collectors and customer service representatives to attain collection objectives and mitigate delinquencies effectively.
  • Proficiency in comprehending lease/loan agreements and discerning the financing terms outlined within contracts.
  • Identify and address collection challenges, service requisites, workload volumes, and deadlines within a designated portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts to ascertain the origin and circumstances of delinquency.
  • Demonstrate adept negotiation skills in resolving delinquencies with customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all communications with customers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to financing partners concerning troubled accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading collections teams to achieve set targets.
  • Experience in commercial collections, ranging from small-scale to large-scale clients.
  • Knowledgeable about credit, collections, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
  • Preferably experienced in commercial leasing or loan processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Comfortable working within a performance-driven environment to accomplish targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with keen attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, although not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Collections Management.

Compensation: $70,000-90,000

Associate Content Producer

Overview

  • We are currently looking for an Associate Producer to join our diverse team, working with our development team.

  • A Producer is accountable for the team’s process. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and artists to bring high quality features to life. During development, a Producer uses metrics and good process to drive customer focus, team priorities, and coordinate deliverables across multiple disciplines to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support a broad range of content teams through our sprint planning process.
  • Maintain the schedule; ensure the team is on track with their deliverables.
  • Work with team leads to support feature teams through the various stages of game development, ensuring commitments are met on time and to the highest possible quality.
  • Apply a customer-first mindset.
  • Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members.
  • Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution.
  • Keep the team aware of deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
  • Use inclusive behaviors – ensure all voices are heard, invite input from many perspectives, resolve disagreements, and be brave.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience shipping game features.
  • Working knowledge of agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical mind and experience working with project scheduling.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience as a producer with a track record of exceptional performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resolves conflict and enables the team to do their best work.

Compensation:

Product Marketing Manager: Entertainment & Promotional Partnerships

Job Description:

· Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for gaming and entertainment marketing? We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in promoting our game’s entertainment content and forging strategic promotional partnerships. If you have a strong understanding of movie theatrical releases, exceptional marketing skills, and a knack for building successful collaborations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage consumer and brand insights to input on product and content value propositions, positioning, branding, and target audience demographics.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote entertainment content, such as the movie, driving awareness and engagement.
  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships (with movie studios, content creators, influencers, and licensees) to drive promotional initiatives and cross-marketing opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop global and regional go-to-market launch plans and product campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Advice on how to best cross-promote brand touchpoints, acquire new audiences, develop audience profiles for targeted marketing, & optimize customer lifecycle management.
  • Develop communication strategies for omni-channel marketing campaigns, and partner with editorial, social, community, web, PR, influencers, and media teams to build and execute plans.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content, such as artwork, trailers, teasers, social assets, website copy, and promotional videos.
  • Lead cross-functional projects including management of tasks, timelines, & deliverables.
  • Regularly review marketing materials and ensure brand marketing approvals are obtained by following internal processes and guidelines. Route approvals through key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing in gaming, entertainment, and/or consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of entertainment studios, including theatrical marketing & promotions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in forging and managing strategic partnerships, with a demonstrated ability to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Creative thinker with great problem-solving skills. Ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication, writing, and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Marketing Strategy Development.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Creative Campaign Development.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Project Management.

Compensation:

· $64 – $74/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
