As part of the global Content Marketing team at ONE, the Senior Producer will play a key role in driving the organization’s ongoing expansion and specialization of video content across social media, with a focus on YouTube and Facebook, by ideating and producing socially engaging and shareable content.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Manage all elements of content pre-production, production, and post-production process, including writing, filming, planning, scheduling, storyboarding, and editing.Â
- Oversee budget and resource allocation on shoots and projects  Â
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and high creative standardsÂ
- Brainstorm and execute new content concepts with cross-functional teamsÂ
- Oversee content audio, graphics, visual effects, and platform/language versioningÂ
- Conduct and facilitate interviews when required and help direct on-screen talentÂ
- Work with producers and production assistants in managing video library Â
Requirements:Â Â
- 5+ years experience with production and filming work, preferably with experience creating serialized content for YouTube and/or Facebook Â
- Excellent writing/scripting skillsÂ
- Expert knowledge in digital video productionÂ
- Knowledge of the combat sports industry strongly preferredÂ
- Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects concurrentlyÂ
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights/weekends of eventsÂ
