Job Purpose
Working within the Reality and Specials sub-vertical, the Manager will be responsible for helping the team’s Senior Director and Specialist with ideating, presenting and executing multi-platform partnerships across linear, digital and social platforms that connect NBC’s advertising clients to the network’s various Unscripted and Specials programming.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Sr. Director and Specialist to identify opportunities and lead the creation of presentation materials (decks, one-sheets, write-ups, etc.) for innovative Ad Sales solutions that tap into NBCU’s extensive marketing platform
- Assess and evaluate all creative product and materials to ensure brand objectives and quality standards are met
- Assist with managing the execution of all sold partnerships
- Collaborate with Research and Trade Marketing to craft pre- and post-sales materials, including pitch and recap decks, e-blasts, case studies, sizzle reels and award show submissions
- Assist with clipping of all executed partnerships
- Ownership of helping to organize, publish, and socialize all client-facing and proactive Sales materials on company SharePoint site
- Assist with updating status and other organizational documents, including production timelines and meeting agendas
- Liaise with NBCU stakeholders, including but not limited to Ad Sales, Programming, Consumer Marketing, Business Affairs, Legal, Portfolio Creative Partnerships, Digital and Strategic Partners, Publicity, Research, Finance, etc. and external entities (production companies, clients, media and creative agencies, etc.) to communicate client goals and secure requisite input/approvals for partnership creative
- Assist in developing strategic social and digital campaign activations across all partnership opportunities
- Understand and assist with partnership budgets and invoice requests with NBC Finance and Ad Sales
- Handle special projects and pro-active cause-based pitches as needed by the NBC Creative Partnerships team at large

Position Summary

Main Duties
You will help the Lead Producer manage and drive online, color and delivery schedules. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Ascendant Studios ranges from $90,000 – $120,000. The Associate Producer will assist in ensuring a cohesive workflow between production, Art Department, Post Production, Talent, and Creative teams. They support the Producers in day-to-day pre-production tasks to make sure no details are missed leading up to a shoot, and participate in on set production responsibilities ensuring a smooth and successful filming process.

Your Direct Responsibilities
- Work with TBNR Producer and Production team assisting in:
- Coordinating and executing all production logistics for our IRL YouTube Channels
- Communicating shoot dates and times with all departments
- Scheduling and leading scouts/walkthroughs/playtests/pre-production meetings
- Securing filming locations, rentals, releases, and building/managing our relationships and roster
- Tracking all production purchases & reconciling credit card receipts per episode
- Coordinating all main talent, animal talent, extras or specialists and any accommodations needed
- Coordinating travel and accommodations when we are filming outside of Dallas
- Coordinating additional freelance crew when a production calls for it
- Coordinating and executing any meals/catering
- Anything else the production requires you to assist with
- Participate in pre-production meetings to make sure everyone has what they need and is on the same page
- Ensure production teams have everything they need on filming days
- Keep shoots on schedule by helping manage on set workflow
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Google Suite, Monday.com, Slack
- Understanding of production processes
- Great Communication Skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Organized
