£35,000 – £45,000 DOE plus benefits

Brighter Productions is seeking an exceptional candidate to act as Production Manager within our team. You will be a central component working on both digital and live event production.

Brighter Productions work across a range of sectors, media and industries, from automotive to agriculture, and everything in between. Our teams work in some of the top venues around the world, creating exceptional Live, Hybrid and Virtual Experiences.  

Our dedicated team have steadily built a reputation in the events industry and are well-known for providing seamless production services. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to act as Production Manager to join our dedicated and passionate team. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of technical production experience, with a thorough knowledge of sales, production management and technical experience.

As well as being a technical expert, the successful candidate should be passionate about their work, be a genuine team player, be confident in communicating with a wide range of people and happy to work to tight timescales. 

What does the role involve? 

  • Providing technical specifications across sound, video, lighting, set and staging
  • Publish show brief information including schedules, floor plans, technical drawings and crew paperwork
  • Manage and control the overall budget keeping in line with the quote.
  • To liaise with clients and venue staff to fulfil the delivery of an event
  • To allocate and book resources; equipment, external services, transport, accommodation, external services etc.
  • Taking responsibility for rigs and de-rigs
  • Allocating and booking resources
  • Managing on-site teams (technical staff, freelancers and local crew)
  • Act as a key contact and account manager for major clients
  • Organising and delegating tasks as required
  • To carry out detailed site surveys and production meetings
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Brighter Productions
  • Undertaking other reasonable duties as required

  • You are comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • You are happy to take feedback and make changes to content under tight timescales
  • You are a multi-tasker, happy to be working on multiple projects at once
  • You are a team player, always willing to support other team members
  • You have a Full UK Driving Licence 
  • You have good leadership skills
  • You can work under pressure and hit deadlines
  • You are hard-working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • You have great attention to detail 
  • You are happy to represent the company in a positive manner at all times
  • You are able to work overtime as required and at short notice

Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
• Full-time, hybrid office-based
