Job Description
A growing creative agency is seeking a Brand Strategist to help shape the strategic direction behind campaigns, content, and brand positioning. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance, working closely with the Creative Director and Account Managers to transform ideas into measurable growth.
The ideal candidate understands how to connect creativity with analytics and can ensure every campaign, content calendar, and shoot aligns with larger business objectives.
This is a remote role operating on a Costa Rica–based schedule.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and refine brand positioning and strategic direction

Align campaigns, content calendars, and shoots with business goals

Collaborate with Creative Director and Account Managers

Translate creative ideas into actionable strategy

Identify growth opportunities through data and performance insights

Ensure brand consistency across hospitality, lifestyle, and experience-driven accounts
Requirements

Proven experience in brand strategy or related field

Strong understanding of storytelling, positioning, and performance metrics

Ability to connect analytics with creative direction

Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or experience-driven brands preferred
