In partnership with the leadership team, the Executive Producer will lead production on an existing, healthy client relationship in the midst of a major transformation, and help to win and serve new engagements as we continue to grow our office.

About The Job                                                                                                                                                                             

As the Executive Producer you will join a small team of four and work very closely alongside the Founder and Creative Director. 

Your main focus will be to help expand the business and its operations, by pursuing new business opportunities, onboarding new clients and expanding the talent roster, while cementing its industry standing by producing outstanding work and making sure everybody knows about it.

The day to day activities will include:

  • Recruit Clients & Create new business opportunities
  • Recruit and develop Talent
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Activities
  • Oversee Projects From Pitching to Delivery
  • Client & Project Management

Project Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Developing Creative Strategy 
  • Budgeting, Negotiating Costs, upselling 
  • Assist with Client Contracts & Sign Offs
  • Develop Production Strategies
  • Oversee Pitching, Pre-prod, Production & Post-production
  • Maintain Client dialogue, Manage feedback process and ensure satisfaction

About YOU

You will be a people person, passionate about growing a film production business, with an existing network of industry contacts, a demonstrable ability to develop relationships and a natural inclination for account management. 

Very knowledgeable of the Film, Advertising and Digital Media industries with a keen understanding of business. 

Experienced in the film production process with solid technical knowledge, refined creative instinct and an appreciation of the administrative framework, necessary to deliver work. 

You will be able to demonstrate authority, while being a natural mediator who can find solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, always showing empathy, professionalism and calmness under pressure.

  • Salary: £48 – 60K depending on experience.

The Department: Marketplace Operations

The Nifty Gateway Marketplace Operations team works closely with artists and leaders of NFT projects across all vertical areas to bring content to the Nifty Gateway marketplace which has been deemed safe and legitimate. You will be responsible for facilitating a scalable process for ingesting legitimate NFT content while keeping out spam and other content which detracts from the marketplace user-experience or is otherwise undesirable. You will craft policies, define tools, automate processes, and provide support to the NFT community. You will leverage a deep understanding of NFT technology and community and use this visibility to identify opportunities. You will interface with a broad range of internal and external teams. You have an understanding of creator industry dynamics and economics including creator platforms, emerging content formats, and mixed media. Responsibilities

  • Create framework and process to verify the safety and quality of Nifty Gateway content including smart contracts and NFTs across different verticals
  • Communicate with and support NFT project teams participating in the Nifty Gateway marketplace
  • Refine, communicate and enforce guidelines to create a marketplace free of confusing or undesirable content
  • Proactively approach projects missing from the marketplace to support their onboarding

Who We Seek:

We are looking for a stellar agency Executive Producer to lead a team of senior producers, associate producers, and freelancers to develop and execute award winning work for our roster of amazing clients. The Executive Producer (EP) will be responsible for day-to-day project management, full cycle budgeting (financial health and project profitability) and scope adherence.

Wearing many hats, you will collaborate with our internal teams, serve as direct management, support, and a mentor to the team of Producers executing work in experiential, digital, social, and content across the projects they lead.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define project scope and deliverables in close collaboration with Strategy, Creative and Bus Dev teams
  • Direct and manage production from planning to post-mortem, including: project schedules, production plans, staff resourcing, vendor engagement, budget building, contract negotiation
  • Manage the creation, development and presentation of project documents including strategy proposals, plans and recap documents
  • Develop, present and negotiate project budgets and scopes with clients
  • Guide multiple projects concurrently and troubleshoot if project strays from original, established scope, schedule or budget
  • Organize, lead and report out during all project meetings (internal and external)
  • Identify opportunities to better differentiate our project deliverables, highlighting the cultural and philosophical integrity of the Imprint Projects brand
  • Lead, inspire and develop your team of Senior & Associate Producers
  • Drive, maintain and champion all collaboration tools: project management software, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships with clients and external partners

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years’ successful experience leading complex projects in an agency environment; a combination of agency and brand will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a manager of people, team-builder and staff mentor
  • Deep understanding and passion for the strategic and creative process, with consistent experience collaborating in the development of best practices in experience design, digital technology and content production
  • Enthusiastic curiosity for identifying the new and compelling not just following the status quo
  • Solid grasp and expertise budgeting projects from $50K to $5M
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Mavenlink is a plus!

A stand-in for film and television is a person who substitutes for the actor before filming, for technical purposes such as lighting and camera setup. Stand-ins are helpful in the initial processes of film and television production. We are seeking stand-ins with experience. -Please be advised that prior to working on P-VALLEY SEASON 2, all background cast and stand-ins must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or since receiving a single shot of Johnson & Johnson).
-You must be able to show proof of vaccination status prior to your start date. All vaccination records will be maintained confidentially and securely by production.

-Must be comfortable standing in for a character that portrays an exotic dancer.
-Must be comfortable wearing wigs, high-heels, and skin colored tank tops and shorts.
-Must be comfortable with suggestive sexual positioning with another male or female stand-in.

 

Filming Dates:
-Wednesday, 12/1/21 (COVID-19 Testing required on Tuesday, 11/30/21 in Covington, GA)
-Various Dates in December 2021 – January 2022.
-You must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set each day.

Rate if Hired:

$160/8 hours each day + $30 COVID-19 testing bump (for any date testing is required outside of a work date)

 

COVID-19 Testing Information:
-If you are selected for this role, as a condition of working on set, all talent are required to get a Covid-19 test(s) at the production sanctioned testing facility in Atlanta, GA prior to any work date(s).
-The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.
-While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.
-All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.

And no-two-ways, born just 14 months ago and dubbed the world’s fastest-growing sneaker brand. 

The Role

No two videos are ever the same. You could find Cal in Bristol surfing artificially created waves as part of Movember’s latest campaign on a Monday. And just the very next day, it’s a weird and wonderful disused nuclear bunker in Essex. 

We’re looking for someone with ideally 3-5 years experience in video production and managing bigger bespoke shoots. With that being said, knowledge and drive won’t stop the right candidate from shining through. 

The role would need to include but is not limited to; working alongside creative producers, liaising and booking crew/locations, casting, running video budgets of varying scales, supervising the post-production process, and overseeing any commercial/branded projects.

Cal is keen to hire a fun, organised, and friendly person. Starting asap.

We are offering an initial 3 month contract, but very much with a view to bringing someone in on a more FT basis.
