Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive the delivery of multiple game production projects in collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize the experience of players in China.

Department Summary

The Creative Solutions department provides a crucial service to the commercial teams allowing them to generate revenue across all Future brands. Our Ideation team provides innovative sales packages and pitching options, and our Production team translates those ideas and produces content that deliver above expectations. The team works across a wide range of projects such as video productions, online content marketing, digital advertising and print and we coordinate with internal departments and third party suppliers to put it all together. Job Summary & Purpose

Using your creative thinking, superior organisational, time management and communication skills you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects, big and small. The Role

North Star: You will lead the production reputation of Mint by nurturing a culture for producing creative and innovative work at the highest standard, on budget, and on time. You will lead the production department developing high quality producers, and elevating the work the agency produces, while protecting client’s budgets and the agency’s profitability. Working closely with the SLT team, this person will contribute to the overall culture of the agency, and break conventions in the spirit of innovation, progressiveness, and ever changing contexts.

Partner with the senior leadership team to create and manage best-in-industry production in any medium (from film and photography, to experiential and digital).

The Executive Producer will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishes the standard for the production team in ways of working, partnerships, and all output
  • Promotes and inspires out of the box thinking that breaks conventions and pushed creative work forward
  • Train producers of all levels in the understanding that producers must always balance between pragmatism (budget + timeline), while also creating conditions to elevate creative work
  • Bring and further develop strong external relationships with the best talent and vendors working; attracting them to our agency, work and productions.
  • Mentor, grow and develop producers with Mint’s values in mind and encourage participation, discussion and contribution from all levels

The Creative Asset Producer drives delivery of screen imagery and photography to support creative needs and intent while balancing production capacity and control of scope, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of UI across all creative deliverables. You will maintain a close partnership with Product Marketing and the UI Design team to collaborate and solve for creative intent within marketing assets. You will then lead the production of screen images by working with Creative and Production teams to plan, inform, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing screens.

Key Qualifications

  • Five to eight years of production experience at a creative agency.
  • You bring extensive experience in marketing execution, asset management, and photoshoots, and you understand how to be a strong partner to creative teams.
  • You have expertise in building real, positive relationships with creative people who span many fields, including interactive and video.
  • You lead strategic conversations, from a production point of view, with a wide range of people in different disciplines and at different levels.
  • You are experienced with guiding and shaping the production process across a variety of media.
  • You have project management experience at an ad agency production facility or equivalent.
  • You react quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and can pivot when necessary.
  • You love people and enjoy collaborating with team members.
  • Knowledge of Wrike or other project management tools a plus.

Description

– Build close relationships with the Product Marketing and Design teams to learn all aspects of the software. – Support the day-to-day screen production process, including tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery. – Provide guidance for the imagery requested by creative and design teams specific to each project as well as on accuracy and/or approval routes. – Plan, source and deliver photoshoots and video assets as required. – Work within a dynamic team supporting Product Marketing, Marcom, Creatives, Producers, and Production teams to help them succeed together. – Partner with Creative Producer to deliver creative projects as needed.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

The Role

Trend Hunter is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, creative, and passionate marketer responsible for assisting in planning and executing our social channels, as well as growing the personal brand of our CEO, Jeremy Gutsche. 

This individual will have a strong understanding of most social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc), and will be able to seamlessly jump from our brand voice, to Jeremy’s voice across platforms. You will also be responsible for creating content and copy for our weekly newsletter, as well as managing Jeremy’s overall brand and presence.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated learner with a curiosity to identify new opportunities and efficiencies in business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail with a hyper focus on organization
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to tell a compelling story
  • A working knowledge of video editing skills is not required, but is an asset
