Seeking a Social Media Intern to join a content creation team in Miami Beach, FL. Centered around guerilla marketing and brand growth, this internship will assist with day to day scheduling and content needs of artist client (latino trap/pop). Prospective intern must:
– Be social media savvy, especially with visual media including Tiktok and Instagram Reels
– Have experience shooting and editing visual media
– Have a car (ideally a resident of the Miami Beach area)
– Be driven, a creative thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work with a team
– Be organized and on time to scheduled networking meetings, shoots, studio sessions, concerts and other events
– Have good people skills, and outreach ability (for play-listing and radio placement)
– Able to meet with team in person 3-4 times per week

Intern will receive:
– $500 stipend monthly
– Free access to studio sessions and concerts
– High level networking opportunities with top 30 Latin Music charting artist (client), platinum selling producers, Label A&R, social media influencers and corporate sponsors
– Travel opportunities for tour, concerts, video shoots abroad, etc.
– A community of fun, driven, entertainment focused peers operating at a high level

COMPENSATION
All persons attending the casting will receive $300
Any assets used from the casting days will receive an additional $700
All talent confirmed for the project will receive an additional $1500/shoot day (minimum 2day, potential for 3day booking).  
Booking includes 1x Fitting Day.

USAGE
Two Years Unlimited Global Usage Includes:
Unlimited two year Print including catalog, ISM, DM, PR, printed marketing materials including in-store signage, and internal use
Unlimited two year Electronic usage including social media, e-commerce, digital, all broadcast and third party electronic, and online PR promotions
Unlimited two year Television usage including broadcast, cable and satellite and any and all other types of television distribution
Excluding Packaging, OOH and National Magazine Advertisement.

PR+Social Posting
90 day usage
1 in feed post on their personal social media pages (Instagram + Facebook)
2 Story frames on their personal IG
1 IG live Q&A conducted by Soma associate (30 mins or less) on Soma’s page
Rights to pitch their imagery and video to all media outlets
Rights to use all content across all organic social media platforms
