Deine Mission:

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Content & dem Social Media Team neue Formate, Ideen und Konzepte für Videos und setzt diese von A bis Z um inkl. des perspektivischen Aufbaus eines eigenen Inhouse Studios
  • Du schaffst es, scheinbar trockene Informationen unterhaltsam, kurzweilig und verständlich zu vermitteln (Edutainment)
  • Du beherrscht die ganze Bandbreite der Videoproduktionen – von Social Short-Formaten (Stories, Reels etc.) über YouTube-Content über Unternehmensfilme bis hin zu rein graphischen Animations-Videos (Motion Design, 2D- und 3D-Animationen)
  • Du brennst für Bewegtbild und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ein sehr gutes Gespür für die Dramaturgie eines Videos
  • Du bist ein kreativer Allrounder mit einem hohen Gespür für Brand & Ästhetik
  • Du hast eine starke Affinität zu Social Media und fühlst dich in der Medienwelt zuhause
  • Du bist ein Macher, der es schafft, Menschen für seine Videoprojekte zu begeistern

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Studium der Medienproduktion, Dramaturgie, Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über professionelle Postproduktions-Erfahrung in einer Werbeagentur, Filmproduktion oder ähnlichem Umfeld
  • Ein sicherer und schneller Umgang mit Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator und Adobe Photoshop sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Darüber hinaus besitzt du Leidenschaft und Hingabe für end to end Videoproduktion sowie eine ausgeprägte Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail
  • Du hast Freude daran, deine Kreativität durch A/B Testing challengen zu lassen und versuchst zu verstehen, welche Mechaniken funktionieren
