Who We Seek:
We are looking for a stellar agency Executive Producer to lead a team of senior producers, associate producers, and freelancers to develop and execute award winning work for our roster of amazing clients. The Executive Producer (EP) will be responsible for day-to-day project management, full cycle budgeting (financial health and project profitability) and scope adherence.
Wearing many hats, you will collaborate with our internal teams, serve as direct management, support, and a mentor to the team of Producers executing work in experiential, digital, social, and content across the projects they lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Define project scope and deliverables in close collaboration with Strategy, Creative and Bus Dev teams
- Direct and manage production from planning to post-mortem, including: project schedules, production plans, staff resourcing, vendor engagement, budget building, contract negotiation
- Manage the creation, development and presentation of project documents including strategy proposals, plans and recap documents
- Develop, present and negotiate project budgets and scopes with clients
- Guide multiple projects concurrently and troubleshoot if project strays from original, established scope, schedule or budget
- Organize, lead and report out during all project meetings (internal and external)
- Identify opportunities to better differentiate our project deliverables, highlighting the cultural and philosophical integrity of the Imprint Projects brand
- Lead, inspire and develop your team of Senior & Associate Producers
- Drive, maintain and champion all collaboration tools: project management software, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking
- Build, develop and grow business relationships with clients and external partners
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ successful experience leading complex projects in an agency environment; a combination of agency and brand will be considered
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a manager of people, team-builder and staff mentor
- Deep understanding and passion for the strategic and creative process, with consistent experience collaborating in the development of best practices in experience design, digital technology and content production
- Enthusiastic curiosity for identifying the new and compelling not just following the status quo
- Solid grasp and expertise budgeting projects from $50K to $5M
- Working knowledge of Google Apps and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Mavenlink is a plus!
