Who We Seek:

We are looking for a talented Freelance Producer with deep Discord knowledge to support a heritage fashion brand who recently launched a server for a community of aspiring and practicing musicians. Our APs are vital to our producing team of Senior and Executive producers, supporting on the day-to-day of a project from start to finish, and leading distinct work streams within our largest and most complex campaigns, platforms, and initiatives.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on client facing projects, budget and project management efforts, with an emphasis on knowledge of Discord and virtual events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Senior Strategist and Community Manager in the on-going management of client’s Discord Server
  • Traffic bi-weekly reporting on community activity to our clients
  • Support brand’s regional marketing teams with activations happening within the Discord Server
  • Scheduling, maintaining and facilitating rehearsal windows, allowing regions to practice “going live” with video or voice channels for brand activations
  • Maintain FAQ documentation and learnings for activating regions
  • Support the quarterly re-publication of Documentation Playbook, sharing learnings with regions
  • Project Management of regional promotions and activations in regional line up calendar to ensure steady cadence of excitement in the Discord server
  • Managing permissions and channel set up for regional marketing teams and their production partners
  • Support with monthly regional trainings to share out learnings and best practices
  • Schedule internal and client meetings, collate recap notes, file management, tracking documents, etc
  • Assist in budget management and weekly burn reports
  • Support the management of internal projects teams, freelancers
  • Assist in negotiation, set up, hiring and management of freelancers, collaborators and vendors on a project basis; foster and maintain collaborative, strong relationships
  • Proof client-facing documents and contracts, gather statistics, press and prepare recap documents.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in an agency or brand context for a
  • Required: Knowledge of Discord, experience engaging audiences from a brand perspective a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices in experience design, digital technology and content production
  • Excellent writing, document preparation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Bonus if you have a proven interest in music and/or building community amongst creators
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Mavenlink is a plus!

Who We Seek:

We are looking for a stellar agency Executive Producer to lead a team of senior producers, associate producers, and freelancers to develop and execute award winning work for our roster of amazing clients. The Executive Producer (EP) will be responsible for day-to-day project management, full cycle budgeting (financial health and project profitability) and scope adherence.

Wearing many hats, you will collaborate with our internal teams, serve as direct management, support, and a mentor to the team of Producers executing work in experiential, digital, social, and content across the projects they lead.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define project scope and deliverables in close collaboration with Strategy, Creative and Bus Dev teams
  • Direct and manage production from planning to post-mortem, including: project schedules, production plans, staff resourcing, vendor engagement, budget building, contract negotiation
  • Manage the creation, development and presentation of project documents including strategy proposals, plans and recap documents
  • Develop, present and negotiate project budgets and scopes with clients
  • Guide multiple projects concurrently and troubleshoot if project strays from original, established scope, schedule or budget
  • Organize, lead and report out during all project meetings (internal and external)
  • Identify opportunities to better differentiate our project deliverables, highlighting the cultural and philosophical integrity of the Imprint Projects brand
  • Lead, inspire and develop your team of Senior & Associate Producers
  • Drive, maintain and champion all collaboration tools: project management software, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships with clients and external partners

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years’ successful experience leading complex projects in an agency environment; a combination of agency and brand will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a manager of people, team-builder and staff mentor
  • Deep understanding and passion for the strategic and creative process, with consistent experience collaborating in the development of best practices in experience design, digital technology and content production
  • Enthusiastic curiosity for identifying the new and compelling not just following the status quo
  • Solid grasp and expertise budgeting projects from $50K to $5M
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Mavenlink is a plus!
