Apple is seeking a video authority with significant studio video producing and line-producing experience to join our Originals Marketing team. In this role, we work on multiple campaigns at all stages including pre-production, production, release, sustain and potential awards windows. As an Associate Video Producer, your interpersonal and communication skills, ability to produce, line-produce and project manage, along with understanding of custom content materials help you anticipate the needs of our projects. We are always developing and maintaining valuable relationships with internal partners and external vendors.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in a custom creative content or related high-performance video service organization with strong line producing experience.
  • Hands-on extensive experience with the creation of video content for a multitude of purposes including, but not limited to: publicity, creative advertising, social media, partnerships, international, brand and internal needs.
  • Experience with tent pole titles including interaction with all studio departments, talent reps, filmmakers, visual FX producers and vendors.
  • Experience with producing high end special content shoots & in-depth knowledge of the post production process.
  • Knowledge of talent contracts and understanding of legal and likeness restrictions.

– Work in overall partnership with Creative Directors in the producing, execution and delivery of videos and AV assets – Line Produce on set capture and video shoots in partnership with Creative Directors – Project leads active productions ensuring partners have the information they need to be successful. – We act as our video crews point of contact for delivery and process on assigned projects – Lead all aspects of legal and talent approvals on all projects. – Produce selections of clips, soundbites and b-roll for marketing and publicity needs – Work closely with project leads and cross functional partners on strategy for clip selections. – Handle AV requests ensuring timely access in the accurate specs to the appropriate parties.

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Producer of Franchise to join our UK studio, currently based in Silverstone, and oversee and drive our growing team.

They will work alongside the other studio and MSGM leadership to lead teams creating multiple game experiences and products for one of our exciting games Franchises.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of creative production and delivery on multiple high-profile titles at a senior level. That said, if you have good experience as a Senior Producer and are looking to step up to the role we’d love to hear from you too.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and inspires their team to deliver the game on time, in budget and at quality.
  • Regularly reviews software with the team in order to ensure that the game is meeting its goals.
  • Responsible for the happiness and productivity of the team.
  • Creative problem solving on a daily basis.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to provide feedback on marketing, analytics and outsourcing plans.
  • Identify dependencies and risks to the project and raises them to the Executive team.

  • Direct & mentor production leads at project level to deliver internal and external projects
  • Management and reporting of P&L across the Franchise

  • Provides routine reporting on project status to stakeholders

  • Executes Art and Design requirements across the Franchise, ensuring alignment with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Five or more years as a senior producer or team leadership experience in a software development capacity.

We operate an integrated publicity team so you will be expected to have a strong knowledge of UK online and offline journalists. You will be a key player in driving the creative ambition of the client and have a proven ability to develop and deliver impactful publicity strategies and campaigns, generating excellent results.
