Job Description

The Global Creative Content team is responsible for producing bonus materials for feature films for Universal Pictures, Focus Features & Partner Titles, for television shows and for existing catalog properties. Our department Coordinator will work closely with our Assistant Manager to support our four-person team. In addition to being included on the physical and digital products, our materials are used to advertise and promote sales by our Publicity, Marketing, and Digital/Social Media Teams. Coordinators need to be impeccably detail-oriented and professional; have a thorough understanding of what production is all about, and are passionate, self-motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain maps, production timelines, title files, and update appropriate systems.
  • Coordinate asset needs directed by Project Lead including masters, score, cue sheets, credits, etc. from OPS, Legal, and various other internal departments.
  • Pull production assets from various production/studio sources – Storyboards, VFX progressions, scripts, still photography, etc.
  • Coordinate legal clearances.
  • Generate DA’s for bonus content tiles.
  • Facilitate preview and master distribution/asset vaulting.
  • Coordinate social media asset creation and review by global creative, digital and brand marketing teams.
  • Review and approve menus/packaging in USHER.
  • Coordinate Budgets/Pos as directed by Project Lead.
  • Coordinate Department and Producer/Talent Travel and Expenses.
  • Coordinate New Vendor Set-Up by working with finance and new vendors to properly set up in the system.
  • Research availability of working tapes and masters for upcoming projects as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years in Home Ent. or Creative Content Environment.
  • Entertainment industry or Design Firm experience required.
  • Accounts Payable experience and working knowledge of tax documents required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Coordinator, Custom Content & Brand Partnerships (Freelance)

Pocket.watch is currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic self-starter to help project manage and support the branded content marketing team on a temporary, part-time basis. This candidate will work up to 25 hours per week within the pocket.watch Sales Team as part of the company’s internal ad agency.

This position will be responsible for helping deliver branded product integrations and custom content partnerships for all paid media campaigns, working closely with the Manager and SVP, who oversees all paid media efforts for pocket.watch.

The ideal candidate mixes strong writing and creative concepting acumen with project management and communication skills. You are able to bring these elements together in both written and verbal communication to share ideas with internal and external stakeholders. You are interested in new media, particularly YouTube. Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Work closely with the Manager of Custom Content to develop and deliver approved filming guides, product/brand summaries, timelines, and key campaign deliverables.
  • Translate key brand talking points and streamline into easy-to-follow filming guides for creators.
  • Maintain campaign trackers in Google Drive and AirTable.
  • Manage pre-production needs such as securing props and making sure that they are shipped to our creator partners.

Job Description

The Director, Content Strategy will serve as an integral member of the Content Strategy team that is responsible for developing Peacock’s holistic slate strategy across all content verticals to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and usage. Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience that includes a mix of the following: Management consulting; Investment banking within the Media, Technology, or Telecom practice; Business development, strategy, corporate development, or corporate finance at a media or technology company
  • Ability to closely monitor performance of content on the platform to inform new commissions as well as renewals, and to identify opportunities to optimize performance to affect subscriber engagement and retention
  • A solid understanding of the streaming landscape and business models
  • A solid understanding of TV audiences, including segmentation methodologies and application to business use cases
  • Strong business / financial acumen – ability to form judgments and actionable recommendations

Job Description

The Director of Content Operations oversees the content fulfillment needs of linear and non-linear platforms. He/she will identify and implement best practices for operational success and optimal execution of content strategy set forth by the Hispanic Streaming Group, Entertainment, News, and Specials divisions for Telemundo, Universo, Peacock, Xumo, among others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise fulfillment plans to ensure deliverables are on schedule and on budget. Collaborate and work closely with Production Management, Content Strategy, and Technical Operations to complete the organization’s goals of delivering the best content and meeting and exceeding our viewers’ expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our operating centers on program delivery and broadcast-related matters.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to identify and resolve content fulfillment issues (including issues relating to the delivery of assets and all its components).
  • Create and sustain SOPs and business rules for practical system input and reporting.
  • Maintain transparency and active communication with all key stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
  • Escalate risks or delays to management and develop and communicate alternative solutions.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Works under the direct supervision of the VP, of Content Operations & Partnerships and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • College degree in Communications or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience in operations, logistics and fulfillment
  • Knowledge of streaming, on-demand platforms terminology and its overall functionality
  • Demonstrated decision making capabilities including problem solving approaches
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Office programs with particular emphasis in Excel, PPT & Visio
  • Ability to lead collaborative meetings which result in clear, documented outcomes, a concrete understanding of ongoing management and follow-up for action items
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills

This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our London Office.

The Role:

We are looking for a process led and detailed orientated Digital Content Manager to manage a solid database and archive library of our growing catalogue of content in this newly created role based in our London Office.

They will work closely with the Senior Operations Production Manager to ensure all our content is logged and stored efficiently. This role would be responsible for ensuring ALL historic content made by Moonbug has been delivered with full assets and is easily available for the wider visibility of the company.

They require great management skills with clear communication to Studio management and require someone who has a good technical knowledge of the video editing process and post production storage.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to work independently, good time management and prioritisation will be expected.

This position will be working closely with the production teams and post production department as well collaborating with the localisation team and 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Organised with asset and data cataloguing experience
  • Strong knowledge of both post production and production processes
  • Experience working with multiple departments.
  • Working closely with the Senior Post Production Manager & Senior Operations Production Manager and Production/Creative teams to be responsible for full storage of all assets across all content
  • Creating process and accountability around our content storage
  • File management and asset organisation
  • Identifying post production issues and advising / escalating for resolution
  • Solution-oriented approach to solving internal and external challenges.
  • Extremely organised, motivated and personable team manager.
  • Eye for details and offering solutions to problems
  • Offering advice to wider team for shooting solutions
