Content Producer

Are you an experienced Content Producer driven to create stand-out campaigns and compelling brand storytelling?  

 

Marmalade is a creative communications agency specialised in purpose activation and holistic brand campaigns.   

 

We are passionate about brand building and driving positive change for our client base of global brands and NGOs. 

 

To support our plans for growth, we are seeking a Content Producer with a minimum of 8 years industry experience,

The portfolio includes; integrated campaigns, corporate and internal, short / long-form branded content requiring experience of producing overseas film shoots, remote filming and a strong technical understanding of kit and logistics.

Projects are diverse; and we are seeking someone who takes a genuine interest in the clients, their purpose, business strategy and challenges (irrespective of category) and has a flair for delivering effective, creative solutions across the team.

Role Requirements:

  • Briefing and scoping of projects end-to-end
  • Successful track record of leading projects from pitch development          
  • Translation of requirements into logistics and multi-platform delivery
  • Accurate project planning and time estimation
  • Budget management – estimating and cost control
  • Pro-active risk management
  • A strong client service ethos, responsive, always meeting commitments and going the extra mile
  • Excellent team management and organisation, practiced at engaging and managing resources across planning, creative, production and post.
  • Ability to run several projects concurrently – comfortable managing both small and large productions.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to articulate ideas effectively (both verbally and written) per the audience – generating understanding and buy in.
  • Solid supplier management, business acumen and negotiation
  • A strong technical understanding of kit and shoot logistics is critical
  • Experience of setting up overseas shoots
  • Remote filming
  • Covid-19 shoot regulations
  • Edit producer experience – with a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent operational routines and processes; time management, running of meetings, co-ordinating planning activities, client management, reporting, etc.

A safe pair of hands, you will take responsibility for delivering to brief, on plan and on budget. 

Despite lockdown (and remote working) you must be adept at providing pro-active, visible, transparent leadership, someone who meets their commitments and takes responsibility for team output and results.

Our office is Kings Cross and we are currently operating a mix of office and remote working. The role holder must be able to demonstrate a track record of remote managing teams and resources. 

The position may require occasional overseas travel once Covid restrictions are lifted.

You will have a solid 8+ years’ experience from a communications / production house / integrated agency and currently hold a similar role.

Strong creds are a must.

Salary Range: From £50,000+ / annum depending on experience.

Start Date: ASAP

• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail

Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
• Full-time, hybrid office-based
• Potential to extend or transition to a permanent role
