What does a Image Content Producer do at Hogarth?

The Image Content Producer is responsible for overseeing all imagery that appear online for our leading tech client to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The website is a showcase of innovation and a critical part of the product marketing strategy. The role maintains close partnership with other producer teams to ensure a flawless execution of an on-brand visual experience across various platforms
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Image Content Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.
Key Responsibilities

  • Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
  • Assist in defining and documenting strategic global content plans across Client’s locales including product launches, seasonal and campaign work across web, email, online stores and other platforms
  • Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
  • Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows
  • Plan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, software, hardware and lifestyle assets
  • Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
  • Partner with Brand teams to develop a clear and thorough understanding of software features and their availability across regions
  • Serve as subject matter experts on regional localization variances and across various platforms, by providing guidance throughout the product lifecycle
  • Cultivate a thorough and specialized understanding of the creative, web, motion graphics, and motion video production processes
  • Partner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plans
  • Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
  • Ability to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges
  • Ability to quickly process detailed information and capture the “big picture” in order to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-view

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Juggle multiple projects in all phases of production
  • Oversee production and creation of digital and video content, including branded content, documentary videos, digital announcements, advertisements, digital only videos (long and short form), daily news stories, features, and larger digital projects as it pertains to the ATH digital content strategy. This includes building content strategy and production plans, as well as working with marketing and creative team members to execute.

  • Host entertaining, informational video segments that may include remote and in-person interviews, shows and vlogs.
  • You’ll make sure the content you create is in line with our unique voice and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and pitch video and written content ideas, including documentary films.
  • Use a proprietary digital content management system to publish and feature relevant, timely, compelling content.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Expert knowledge in cheer/dance
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
  • Strong connections with key figures (athletes, coaches, etc.) within the community
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
  • Experience with brainstorming and executing a variety of video content concepts

DESIRED:

  • Familiarity with HTML, photo editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Pixelmator) and MS Office

  • Collaborate with groups like video, graphics, social media, and website teams, etc to move content from concept to completion.
  • Plan, research, interview, write and edit blogs, feature stories, and album, song, book and movie reviews.

Background and Experience:

As a Content Producer, Global Marketing Creative, you will report to the Manager, Content Production. You will help transform Global Marketing’s strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering internally and externally across multiple craft disciplines including Production, Art, Video, Writing, Creative Direction, Brand, Comms and Operations you will ensure that our creative production process is smooth. Your awareness and transparent communications give you a grasp on the 10,000 ft view of our campaign needs, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are met.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Campaign Leads and Creatives across multiple disciplines from brief through localization to ensure marketing creative content is delivered on time, on budget and at quality.
  • Track and communicate budget and campaign milestone progress and advocate for resource needs on multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Maintain Product intimacy by participating in rituals with Product Development teams and communicate impact of changes to creative teams.
  • Reduce project risks throughout the production process, escalating issues to campaign, marketing and creative leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Campaign or Video Production through 4+ years of previous Production and/or Project Management experience delivering marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative marketing assets
  • Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management experience with Creative Agencies or Art, Video or Digital Production
  • Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution and patience through the fluctuating creative development process.

Desired Qualifications

  • PC, Console, and Mobile games marketing experience
  • Expertise with Project Management tools (ie. Airtable, Trello) and DAMs (ie. Iconik) for database management, tracking, and archiving.
  • UA/ASO specific project management experience
