The Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Producer to join our growing Brand & Marketing team.

We are looking to find someone who is organized, creative and full of ideas, a team player who ensures every project is executed to the highest quality. The Creative Producer will be tasked with briefing and running new projects, and managing the delivering of high-quality assets for multi-channel usage. The day-to-day will range from creating social content and photography to creating brand campaigns and creative pitches. As a Producer, you will know how to prioritize multiple projects – managing timelines and deliverables, and and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires working with a global team, and partnering across multiple countries and time zones.

Riverside Entertainment is an award-winning production company and creative studio headquartered in Los Angeles and Nashville that specializes in branded, network promo, original documentary, series and scripted content for Disney, Netflix, Viacom, Hulu, Discovery, Comcast, and numerous brand partners.

 

We are looking for a Creative Content Producer to support our production team in the creation of promotion, BTS, EPK and documentary style content creation. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for the management of creative production on digital focused content, ensuring excellence throughout proposal, production, post, and delivery.

 

This position reports to Riverside’s Managing Director and Head of Production. Physical location is flexible (Los Angeles preferred), but a strong familiarity and background with networks, agencies, brands and creatives in Los Angeles is a must. The position will also require travel that will be considered on a project by project basis. 

 

The Creative Content Producer will work to conceptualize, execute, and produce high quality digital video and multimedia content based on the client’s vision and the approved budget. Source and pitch new directors based on project needs, as well as oversee the production process from start to finish. On set the Creative Content Producer is the bridge of communication between the client, the Director and the production department heads. This role will champion the client’s approved creative vision, while also representing the goals of the company. There may also be opportunities to work as the Director, on a project by project basis. 

 

The Creative Producer will 

  • Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to determine what kind of content should be produced, then use their creativity and technical skills to bring that content to life
  • Independently manage projects and utilize internal and external resources as required
  • Develop creative on all/most company projects into an approved (billable) concept
  • Manage and support the director’s through pitch phase
  • Troubleshoot creative changes through entire production process
  • Manage digital production budgets through wrap
  • Prioritize a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, self-initiative, and experience production knowledge

 

Experience:

  • 7+ years of production experience on medium to large budget commercial, series and/or network promo production
  • A strong network of producers, creatives, writers, directors and designers

Client Engagement

  • One of the first points of contact during new bids
  • Assessing creative and advising on amount of development required
  • Setting an agenda, tracking communication and directly communicating with client and production leads

Intake / RFP

  • Developing creative directly with client
  • Working closely with internal production team to stay on budget and schedule

  • Copywriting experience for commercials, infomercials, radio spots, or other forms of advertising media is a plus

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible’s Entertainment Content Acquisition & Development Team owns the full cycle business relationships with global talent agencies, TV/Film studios, production studios, celebrities, and representation organizations that serve as Audible’s top global creators. We work with agencies and organizations on new deal generation and deal renewals for prospective and current top partners. Additionally, the team ensures successful post-signing go to market planning across the relevant teams at Audible and Amazon. You will support internal business strategy efforts and creative executives for top-tier Audible partners including contract negotiation and execution. You have a history of closing and bringing to fruition deals in the entertainment industry and new media and able to assist the global Audible team to negotiate terms that benefit Audible customers.

This role can be based in our Newark, NJ or Los Angeles, CA office.

As a Director, Content Acquisition & Development (Entertainment Group), you will…

  • Serve as lead or second chair negotiator on audio entertainment deals.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized audio entertainment industry deals independently in support of larger team initiatives.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized deals for inbound film/TV rights needed for projects on the platform, as well as negotiate deals at Networks/Streamers/Buyers when we sell our audio to 3rd party financiers.
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential entertainment industry partners such as film/TV studios, celebrities, production studios, writers, agents, managers, and publishers.
  • Build relationships and represent the entertainment deals’ team to various internal stakeholders including Editorial/Creative, Finance, BI, Marketing, PR, Content Services, Content Partnerships, and Content Creation teams.
  • Identify and prepare projects for internal support and valuation by presenting data, preparing budgets, P&Ls, and drafting proposed deal terms
  • Manage, prioritize, and execute high volume deal flow against specific metrics.
  • Track and communicate deal terms within the organization and provide for first line of enforcement of deal terms if necessary.
  • Strategize with executives on incoming and outgoing deal structures for TV/Film rights and sales to studios/networks.
  • Support three different aspects of the organization – therefore, someone able to juggle different aspects of negotiation will be needed.
  • Coordinate closely with members of the content teams at Audible to maintain consistency in messaging and policy.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including primarily agreements relating to the licensing of film and television content for television and “digital”/“new media” customers worldwide in various media (including free, basic and pay television, SVOD, PPV/VOD, EST and other media).
  • Work with Creative, Production, Finance and Legal Affairs departments to provide information, business advice and consultation services on a regular basis.
  • Support development through production on all pilot/series and long form projects, including drafting and some negotiation on ATL deals (pilot directors, line producers, test options, casting directors, staffing, executive producers, etc.).

What You Will Do

As an Associate Content Producer at Firaxis, you will be a member of our cinematic team, responsible for developing and maintaining processes and pipelines in support of our internal developers. Our ideal candidate has experience with asset-heavy pipelines, animation teams, or real-time game cinematic pipelines.

Some Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with Narrative, Cinematics, and Environment producers to manage the day-to-day of the internal cinematic pipeline.
  • Work with leads and producers to communicate resource needs and upstream/downstream dependencies in the pipeline.
  • Work with Senior Producer to implement best practices for asset management of content such as animation and VO files for the internal cinematics team.

This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our West Hollywood Office.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Producer to join our growing Brand & Marketing team.

We are looking to find someone who is organized, creative and full of ideas, a team player who ensures every project is executed to the highest quality. The Creative Producer will be tasked with briefing and running new projects, and managing the delivering of high-quality assets for multi-channel usage. The day-to-day will range from creating social content and photography to creating brand campaigns and creative pitches. As a Producer, you will know how to prioritize multiple projects – managing timelines and deliverables, and and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires working with a global team, and partnering across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping the the full creative workflow run smoothly
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to brief in new projects
  • Leading our Digital Asset Management plan to ensure that our work is easily accessed by people who need it
  • Writing and planning photo-briefs and creative briefs
  • Working on in-house studio and location shoots
  • Being a brand ambassador and support the wider business and with external partners

Requirements

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrable creative production experience – within design, image, and/or video
  • Asset management experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom,
  • Experience in AfterEffects, Premier Pro

A culinary degree and fine dining experience are a big plus, but not a deal breaker. You also must live in or be willing to relocate to the Portsmouth NH (Seacoast) Region.
