Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Designer to join our team. If you have a strong sense of design, an interest in event marketing, a positive disposition, are reliable, creative, and resourceful, then we are looking for you!
This position reports directly to the Senior Designer and will provide the opportunity to learn about best practices for design in the event marketing industry. The Production Designer is responsible for working collaboratively with the Senior Designer to provide support for client projects and internal marketing initiatives. This position includes end-to-end project collaboration from creative concept through execution/production.
Responsibilities
· Assist the creative team in drafting and revising digital and print layouts for emails, websites, social posts, display ads, digital OOH and print collateral
· Adapt visuals and design language cohesively across multiple formats and mediums
· Offer new ideas and creative solutions, while assuring work is produced
in accordance to brand and company standards
· Complete projects within set timelines, as directed by the Senior Designer
· Research and other administrative tasks associated with the creative department
· Work effectively with your counterparts on the account management teams to deliver on and surpass client expectations
· Work on several projects at once, under pressure and on tight deadlines
· Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills
Desired Skills & Background
· Completed a degree/diploma program in design
· Have an interest in experiential and event marketing
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
· Experience in After Effects and Lightroom an asset

· A proven understanding of design and typography principles

Job Description
Executive Producers oversee the Delivery teams: the VFX Producers and VFX Supervisors assigned to the delivery of shows, accountable for all aspects of planning and execution of project delivery and financial success.
They are a senior commercial representative for MPC, forging strong client relationships and speaking for the company in critical negotiations. They are a point of escalation during deliveries, and key contributor during the bidding and award of new projects.
As well as these relationships, the EPs work extensively with the Senior Management teams and Global leadership team to achieve the business objectives and manage the company.
The EPs collaborate as a global group to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all aspects of Producing are upheld and continually improved.
All EPs report directly to the Global MD but may report operationally to Senior Management in their location.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Include:

- Liaise and negotiate on major changes in award scope, value and schedule
- Regular calls with all clients to ensure continuity and transparency of Producer reporting, and that high delivery service is maintained

- Accountable for quota & schedule achievement, ensuring schedules are competently planned and executed

- Briefs Producers weekly, cascading relevant information to Producers at all times

Day In The Life:
The Web Producer, Essentials will play a critical role in the launch of a new business providing everyday goods to customers. We are looking for a Web Producer with experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented and brings an entrepreneurial work style. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Site Experience.
This role will actively support our DE&I framework by identifying opportunities to increase and promote diversity in our teams, products and brands. They will lead with inclusion to nurture our OneTeam culture by removing barriers for our Associates and communities.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for transforming compositions and designs into application code for associated web content
- Maintain site and mobile content via Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Work with in close partnership with Marketing and Content teams to manage multi-channel publish calendar to drive special promotions, email campaigns, preparing art assets (graphics, audio and video), staging and publishing content, preparing web content for publication

- 3+ years of professional web production experience
