INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER

Who are we?

Founded by Grace Beverley in 2016, SHREDDY is the UK’s top-rated female fitness platform. With hundreds of workouts, recipes, meal plans, real-time classes and more, SHREDDY is the go-to transformation app for women. Aimed at women of all fitness levels, we’ve grown the brand from its inception to over 300K followers across our socials, and are growing our team rapidly to help us with our next stage of growth.

In the past year, SHREDDY has expanded from its initial app offering to include industry-leading plant-based supplements. Following SHREDDY Supplements rolling out into 400 Superdrug stores nationwide, we are pursuing our next stage of growth to truly become the company with ‘everything you need to reach your fitness goals’.

In 2022, we are set to take SHREDDY to the next level and are looking for a new Influencer Marketing Manager to support us in building out a comprehensive Ambassador programme to be part of the magic that makes that happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and executing ambassador programme strategy:

  • Conceptualising, designing and building our new ambassador and affiliate programmes
  • Remaining agile in this build, in order to test and learn what works with our model, adapting based on data.
  • Managing all influencer PR/gifting.
  • Campaign reporting – from start to end. Analysing impact and ROI with a heavy focus on data.
  • Managing influencer relationships

Budget management:

  • Own influencer marketing and affiliate programme budgets.

Developing influencer roster:

  • New talent acquisition – Research + identify relevant influencers/talent, competitors, target audience/ users, new talent, new concepts.
  • Create contracts for new talent together with in-house legal and monitor contract terms and deliverables throughout the duration.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.

Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to coordinate marketing strategies and maximise ambassador content.
  • Other ad-hoc marketing support as required within our lean team across all brand activity.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, working either agency side or in-house.
  • Champion overall influencer marketing strategy with demonstrated experience in managing campaigns.
  • Skilled in developing influencer marketing plans and able to put plans into action.
  • Great understanding of social media and creator space.
  • Well versed in the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to wider brand/commercial objectives.
  • Excellent use of the English language and grammar.
  • Natural communicator, able to form relationships with influencers/managers/agencies at all levels (both internal and external).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Should have executed/coordinated 50+influencer campaigns and conducted post campaign reports.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing/social media trends.
  • Someone enthusiastic about the power of the influencer but knowledgeable about what does and doesn’t work

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with head-office influencer marketing team, research and identify relevant influencers to SHEIN in the UK.
  • Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts & manage execution process.
  • Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand.
  • Report on influencer campaign performance and identify different approaches of influencer strategy to achieve ROI.
  • Manage gifting & track gifting performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Brand team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with our competitors’ latest influencer marketing activity.
  • Ensure all gifting/send outs are placed in a timely manner.
  • Work together with the wider teams to repurpose UGC across channels.
  • Track and log influencer coverage on social media.

Candidate Specifications

  • Must have experience in a Digital Marketing role and have a passion for eCommerce and applying new technology.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strong work ethic – SHEIN is a fast paced, fast growing company with exciting growth opportunities!
  • A good understanding of the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to the wider brand/marketing team’s objectives.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and prioritizing where necessary.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED

  • You will be part of the zStudio Content Analytics, enabling stakeholders across the department to turn data into a core driver for business. You will analyse content performance based on our data solutions.
  • Collaborate with the central analytics team and content strategy teams to create and implement new self-service reporting initiatives.
  • Provide daily consultancy in data, create and maintain dashboards on Google Data studio.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and build visualisations to help us develop the business model that helps us to optimise our process.
  • Support content experimentation from analytical side (e.g. test hypothesis formulation, sample size estimation, A/B test results analysis)
  • Help us manage our data as an asset by contributing to our business glossary and documentation, as well as ensure our assets are in compliance.
  • Develop data solutions for content production teams on their data and reporting needs. For example, operations dashboards, performance analysis, and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Support business stakeholders in a fast-paced innovative environment with accurate and insightful data deep dives.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Obtained an academic degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or other similar quantitative fields.
  • Proven track record of >1.5 years experience working with reports based on SQL and DWH systems in a large scale of data sets.
  • Experience in managing data pipelines for automated reporting (ETL). Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage. Beneficial to have knowledge in data modelling and analytical methods.
  • Google Analytics Certification / experience
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau/Microstrategy > 1 year (certificate or working experience). Confident to visualise data in interactive dashboards.
  • Experience in supporting your stakeholders with their use cases, including topics like derived metrics and troubleshooting any issue they might have.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to express business requirements across cross-functional teams throughout various business units and tech units.
