Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with head-office influencer marketing team, research and identify relevant influencers to SHEIN in the UK.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts & manage execution process.
- Ensure a flawless experience between influencers and the brand.
- Report on influencer campaign performance and identify different approaches of influencer strategy to achieve ROI.
- Manage gifting & track gifting performance.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Brand team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities.
- Keep up to date with our competitors’ latest influencer marketing activity.
- Ensure all gifting/send outs are placed in a timely manner.
- Work together with the wider teams to repurpose UGC across channels.
- Track and log influencer coverage on social media.
Candidate Specifications
- Must have experience in a Digital Marketing role and have a passion for eCommerce and applying new technology.
- Minimum 3 years experience in influencer marketing.
- Strong work ethic – SHEIN is a fast paced, fast growing company with exciting growth opportunities!
- A good understanding of the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to the wider brand/marketing team’s objectives.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and prioritizing where necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with influencers, managers and agencies at all levels
- Social Media Obsessed. You’re up to date with all the latest trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat).
- A team player. Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively with others as part of a wider team.
