The Department: Marketplace Operations
The Nifty Gateway Marketplace Operations team works closely with artists and leaders of NFT projects across all vertical areas to bring content to the Nifty Gateway marketplace which has been deemed safe and legitimate. You will be responsible for facilitating a scalable process for ingesting legitimate NFT content while keeping out spam and other content which detracts from the marketplace user-experience or is otherwise undesirable. You will craft policies, define tools, automate processes, and provide support to the NFT community. You will leverage a deep understanding of NFT technology and community and use this visibility to identify opportunities. You will interface with a broad range of internal and external teams. You have an understanding of creator industry dynamics and economics including creator platforms, emerging content formats, and mixed media. You will be excited by the opportunity to shape the future of Nifty’s relationships and content in the face of ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Create framework and process to verify the safety and quality of Nifty Gateway content including smart contracts and NFTs across different verticals
- Communicate with and support NFT project teams participating in the Nifty Gateway marketplace
- Refine, communicate and enforce guidelines to create a marketplace free of confusing or undesirable content
- Proactively approach projects missing from the marketplace to support their onboarding
- Define and drive ingestion improvements and automation while evangelizing ideas and requests from project teams
- Understand and communicate technical requirements with partners, assisting their teams in finding the best formats and mechanisms for success
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives between internal and external teams
- Direct and coordinate scheduling/production efforts amongst teams internally and externally
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Solidity preferred but demonstrated technical aptitude sufficient
- Experience working with metadata and data transfer formats such as JSON, XML
- Basic understanding of ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFT standards
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to navigate strategic uses of NFT technology

We are looking for a talented Executive Producer to play a leadership role in launching and operating the new business Channel.
Favored.live is a startup that powers live media for brands, publishers and creators. We were founded by veteran entrepreneurs who have led major Hollywood television and online video studios for top media companies. Favored.live has been engaged by a prominent fintech company to launch a live + VOD Channel for Millennial/GenZ viewers, focused on the intersection of wealth-building, investing, technology, popular culture and social media. The Channel will offer highly credible context around the most important and fascinating stories in business, blockchain, equities and other investments. It will explore how these stories affect the lives of our viewers while being entertaining, accessible and often humorous. Anchor hosts will speak with business leaders and other players on a daily basis. Newsletters, podcasts and social media content will also be part of the offering. Programming will be distributed on online channels and, over time, on Connected TV.
As Executive Producer, you will assemble and then manage a team of producers, anchor hosts, correspondents, and writers/researchers who are producing live and VOD content on a daily basis. The Director of Event Production provides leadership, direction, and management for all departments related to the production of live events, event day services special event operations, and all technical services provided by the T-Mobile Arena. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Executive Director / Assistant General Manager and Corporate Entertainment team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan and vision for the T-Mobile Arena consistent with MGM Resort International objectives;
- Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of division operations, fiscal budgets, and marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability for T-Mobile Arena;
- Provides leadership and operational direction for the Event Services, Conversion, ICE Operationbs, Event Services, Technical/Production departments within the T-Mobile Arena;
- Executes all technical advances with touring production personnel for concerts, televised events, sporting events, and any other public events in the Arena;
- Manages production walk-throughs and technical advances with corporate clients for private events;
- Serves as a production liaison with property and corporate sales entities to ensure optimal experiences are delivered to internal and external clients;
- Provides leadership and direction to ensure all events are produced in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring procedures are in place to maintain security, safety and enjoyment of clients, guests and employees on a daily and event basis;

- Closely partners with the Senior Executive Producer, ABC News Special Units & Disney General Entertainment, to develop the booking strategy for “This Week” and support key relationships with the White House, Capitol Hill and federal departments and agencies to facilitate competitive guest bookings for the show.
- In collaboration with peer executives, develops and implements a content strategy for “This Week” that attracts and engages diverse audiences across all platforms.
- Champions an innovative, highly collaborative, diverse culture that promotes idea generation, open communication, respect for others, and excellence.
- Executes strategies to meet established goals/objectives to drive ratings, audience and revenue.
- Sets short and long-term objectives to achieve budgetary goals.
- Executes all policies/objectives while maintaining the highest level of ethics and standards.
- This role can be based in Washington or New York but will spend substantial time in Washington with the “This Week” staff and working closely with the Washington booking team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of results-oriented work experience in a video production role

What We Need
Our Production Assistants are the foot soldiers of our studio, performing vital tasks both small and large onset and in the offices. Your duties may involve anything from office administration to crowd control, setting up catering, and troubleshooting call sheets. We are seeking an individual who not only has a passion for film production and video games but who excels in the areas of communication and organization, showing patience under pressure. The work is usually extremely varied and provides a good entry-level role in the video game and entertainment industry.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Greet visitors to the studio and lead the check-in process including PicPatching phones, mastering our Envoy system, and providing tours
- Coordinate crew contracts and contract storage for the Operations Manager, Payroll, and HR
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages and shipments, occasionally acting as a courier
- Assist other team members with shoot setups, scene changes, and set teardowns
- Supervise audio during shoot days, and be confident calling for quiet onset
- Be the point of contact between the stage and offices
- Provide administrative support to all mocap’s internal departments
- Manage general studio upkeep
- Coordinate with caterers and other service providers
- Participate in pre-production meetings, taking detailed minutes
- Keep the studio in tip-top shape, neat, inviting, and clean
- Participate in cross-training with the Post and Stage teams
- Use your film experience to act as Camera Operator or Grip on shoot days as needed
- Provide assistance to the Lead Producers with scheduling, sending emails, preparing Shoot Reports, and more
- Other duties as assigned

They should be level-headed, work calmly and effectively under pressure. Production Assistants must be able to contribute to good working relationships and to create a positive atmosphere on set. They understand that no job is too small, and all work has value when contributing to an incredible product.
Job Requirements
- Extensive previous experience as a production assistant on film sets
- Friendly, out-going, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization abilities, preferably with project coordination experience. Very willing to take on a wide range of tasks and duties
- Ability to interact with internal peers and management as well as vendors and clients
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize assignments and proactively problem solve in order to anticipate and meet requests
- Detail and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices. Proactive with follow-up skills and problem-solving
- Photoshop and Illustrator skills and knowledge of FTP client programs a plus
- Project management software or methodologies experience is also a plus
- Video game knowledge is a plus
