SUMMARY

Working with general supervision, the Video Production & Associate Experience Specialist will oversee all aspects of our video production strategy, as well as assist with internal communications and associate engagement projects. This role interacts with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Identify impactful weekly content designed around storytelling principles to personalize the narrative in a way that resonates, is relatable, and captures GameStop’s culture and values
  • Direct, shoot, and capture great performances/stories from internal staff
  • Capture video content during live events, behind-the-scenes and in scripted environments
  • Capture and cleanly key green screen shoots
  • Quickly and efficiently edit high-quality video for internal distribution
  • With supervisor vision, assist with monthly webinar scripting and video production, and executive presentation assistance for employee events
  • In partnership with the Store Training specialist, plan, script, produce, film, and edit necessary Store training videos
  • Well versed in equipment and processes to execute live streaming and online productions
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and creative stories, that drive strategic business objectives
  • With supervisor guidance, moderate associate comments and feedback on internal communication channels
  • Partner with the Creative Services team to develop complementary visuals and videos for internal use, when appropriate, like managing posters, acrylics, and internal TVs throughout the building
  • Assist Sr. Specialist Communications, Events & Engagement with high priority engagement projects
  • Collect and analyze data to support internal stakeholders in understanding performance of communications’ tactics, adjusting strategies and optimizing approaches
  • Due to the nature of our associate engagement and experience projects including national video content, and in-person events, some evenings, weekends, and travel may be required (less than 10%)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We have also had placements in top tier magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Nylon, V, Vanity Fair, as well as in all the weeklies.

What makes CLD PR unique is that we hire ALL entry level positions from our internship program. This internship is unpaid, but academic credit is offered to students. This internship is also available to those seeking experience in public relations and in the fashion industry. We are in need of hard working self starters that can keep up with a fast paced environment. Interns are expected to work 1-4 days a week (you choose your days) from the hours of 10:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday. This is a 2-4 months commitment.

We have four departments, the PR and rental showroom/celebrity team, media team, operations, and business development.

PR and rental showrooms and celebrity team tasks include, but are not limited to: helping garner placements on celebrities and in editorial sections of magazines that use freelance stylists, doing pick ups/drop off’s with merchandise, bagging up items, assisting stylists while in the showroom, merchandising and maintaining the aesthetics of the showrooms, gathering images to pitch to stylists for their clients upcoming events, assisting the gifting team with processing gifting requests, and outlook for any placements on celebrities.

The media team side includes, but not limited to: placing clients in magazine and online fashion/trend stories, editorials for major magazines where the magazines have their own staff of stylists (Vogue, Elle, etc.), influencer outreach and gifting, social media management, ensuring any placements the celebrity team garnered are credited with designer information and secure placements of those shots in weekly/monthly magazines or online mentions, event planning/production, creating copy and pitches to send out for outreach to influencers and editors, and constant outlook for any placements of our clients products.

Operations team will cover intake and outprocessing of inventory using Launchmetrics. Launchmetrics is a comprehensive inventory and event software that every department in our company uses on a daily basis. Operations also assists in personal and professional tasks for the CEO. Operations is in charge of all legal, human resources, and day to day business operations. While the majority of your internship will be focused on either celebrity or media departments, you will be asked to assist from time to time in the operations department as needed.

Business development is similar to operations in that it will not be the sole focus of your internship but will have assistance as needed. Our business development team is in charge of researching new brands to outreach for representation. From this research, we then will start pitching these potential new clients with focused pitch materials.

There will be the occasional opportunity to go on photo shoots and work events that are based in Los Angeles.

We are seeking a seasoned integrated PR specialist who will develop, implement and manage Public Relations & Influencer channel plans across Proximo brands – to drive increases in brand awareness, building reputation and equity, and supporting consideration among its varied consumer audiences.

Senior Manager will be part of the Communications team at Proximo, and report into the Group Communications Director. They will work alongside their Paid Media and Experiential colleagues, and partner with the Brand teams to define communication objectives, brief and manage external agencies (PR, Content Integration and Talent/Influencer), and lead full funnel and converged marketing campaigns and activations.

With prior experience in CPG, lifestyle and spirits brands, the Senior Manager position should be expert in creating innovative communication campaigns across the media, influencer and entertainment ecosystem. What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a multimedia Production Designer to join the marketing and brand team. At Group14, designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. They lead project designs into uncharted creative territories without blinking, extending visual language, while always being mindful of how it looks and how it works within the context of the brand and the needs of the team.

Your job will be to creatively support and art direct, depending on need: email, website, wayfinding, social content, presentation/event decks, video, and more. You’ll support marketing and brand leadership to visually communicate the future of breakthrough advanced battery materials through visual storytelling about Group14 as an innovative leader. Who you are

You demonstrate strong visual design skills and design thinking prowess and will assist and lead the creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms.

You know how to create design boards and identify how to extend a visual language for any given project and can utilize as well as create assets to design all sorts of digital and physical deliverables.

You effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure designs are on brand and in-line with company expectations.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and have experience navigating it, but you’re also not afraid to ask questions and embrace a growth mindset with compassionate curiosity and ownership.

Qualifications

  • College degree in communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in television production, including shooting and editing in a deadline driven environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual- native Spanish, ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

The Senior Producer is responsible for ensuring the successful flow of marketing collateral to creative and production teams to aid in the deliverance of brand content output to the highest standard supporting the brand’s core mission and DNA, from ideation to execution on time and on budget.
  • Responsibilities

  • Act as Senior Producer of the Brand team, and support with production needs, primarily digital and print design projects
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creative process to maintain project calendars and schedules, and guide your teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle
  • Liaise and coordinate multiple projects across all of Lucid’s teams: Marketing, Sales, HR (Human Resources), and Brand teams, providing PSAs to stakeholders as applicable
  • Maintain project management platforms (Asana, Smartsheet) according to project calendars
