You’ll work on campaigns for some of the best travel brands in the business, so conceptual thinking and looking at the world a little differently is a must. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strive to become a travel industry expert
  • Think idea-first and then design whatever helps sell your ideas in whatever medium
  • Prepare and organize your work to present to the Creative Director
  • Participate in regular client-facing presentations
  • Help foster an energetic, team-centered work environment
  • Stay current on design, campaign and social trends
  • Work closely with other agency teams to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Be a self-starter and create your own, proactive creative opportunities
  • Occasional out-of-town travel required

Qualifications:

  • Industry-related field and/or at least 2-years equivalent work experience
  • Experience with fully integrated campaign executions (print, digital, video, OOH) a plus
  • Advanced understanding of design, conceptual ideation, and typography – Illustration skills a plus
  • Strong time management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develops, recommends, and implements policies with the goal of promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Coach and guide management in the areas of compliance, process improvement, managing separations with fairness, Equal Employment Opportunity federal, state, and local wage and hour law, and recent changes/additions to employment law partnering with legal when appropriate.
  • Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching, counseling and guidance to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel
  • Manage the exit Interview processes; determine any trends and take proactive approach to resolve future issues
  • Counsel leaders on difficult performance management and disciplinary actions, ensuring that such matters are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Provide detailed case management documentation, executive summaries and timelines clearly written and with recommended outcomes.
  • As needed, conduct audits to ensure compliance with the EEOC, DOL and other state and federal agencies
  • Develop a comprehensive, strategic people plan that aligns the HR levers to the accomplishment of the business goals
  • Adhere to standard set of analytics, SLA’s (service level agreements) and KPI’s (key performance indicators) that are common to all employee initiatives, and serve to drive a common view across communities

THE EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

We have a great opportunity for the right person with an art direction/design background to play an integral role in leading one of our creative teams. This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of their creative team and a set group of clients. We are looking for someone with an art direction and design background, but they will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their team’s work including art direction, design, and copy, as well as all relevant mediums regarding the brand work, advertising, digital and social content that is needed. In this role, you will work with the CCO to implement the creative vision for the agency and collaborate on different projects.

Location:

Job Summary:

The Executive Producer will be responsible for serving and managing the Production Department at tcm to ensure a high level of excellence is achieved in every production among staff and freelancers. Collaborate with other departments at tcm and companies within the enterprise to make all productions as successful as possible.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support their team in all aspects of Production.
  • Build and adjust processes involving production to ensure consistency and excellence in all areas
  • Ensure all team members understand their expectations and responsibilities.
  • Manage, mentor, and train production team to meet needs of company and growing workload.
  • Work with Producers to oversee all elements of production (develop budgets, hire crews, secure location for filming, acquire permits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to review concepts, scripts, and needs for filming.
  • Work with Project Managers to manage Production workloads, timelines, and budgets.
  • Interact with sister companies and clients throughout production process and support Project Managers and Producers when needed.
  • Uphold the quality and integrity of tcm throughout interactions with team members, sister companies, and clients.
  • Seek to find ways to work with a wide group of vendors and build out a list of excellent vendors who fit our culture.

About the Role:

The Art Director will lead a small design team, working to concept and execute innovative and compelling work across all brand touchpoints.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and execute compelling brand campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and print
  • Create visuals supporting new product launches, brand moments, and other marketing initiatives
  • Develop new typographic and layout solutions that uphold and evolve Avaline’s brand identity and help differentiate the brand
  • Generate multiple design explorations and iterate designs incorporating given feedback
  • Lead art direction, photoshoot concepting, and execution
  • Maintain deadlines and ensure flawless execution across deliverables

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 design experience, either in house or at a creative agency/studio
  • Undergrad degree in graphic design 
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience across digital, packaging, and print

  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and share insights and best practices with the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various platforms and mediums
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of designers and marketing specialists
  • Experience managing and executing multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
