Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing events for our model agency, ensuring smooth operations and memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for event planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are handled effectively and within budget.

  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and agendas, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

  • Coordinate event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, invitations, and press releases.

  • Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events, maintaining professionalism and customer service.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to improve future events and measure success.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative event ideas and solutions.

  • Proficiency in event management software and tools like Google Drive and Canva.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Knowledge of the fashion, beauty, or related industries is a plus but not required.
