The indie horror short film THEM is now casting three roles for an upcoming production shooting in New Jersey. This non-union project explores generational trauma, mental health, and the lingering effects of childhood experiences through a dark and unsettling narrative.
The film will shoot over select weekends during Summer and Fall 2026. This is a paid, indie low-budget project.

Job Description

Every single day in the Junior Content Creator role is different! On any one day, you might: Working at the intersection of brand strategy and social culture, you’ll transform complex health messages into authentic TikToks, Instagram posts, and video content that feels like genuine recommendations from a trusted friend, not promotional material. We’re looking for someone who instinctively understands what makes content shareable and has the enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and bring fresh perspectives to established brands. What you will be doing:
- Be the on-camera talent creating authentic, engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines

- Experiment with Gen AI platforms to enhance creative ideation and content production

- Build a wide range of social assets including short-form videos, static posts, and animated content
What you need to be great in this role:
- Natural comfort and confidence on camera with engaging on-screen presence
- Personal experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (personal accounts welcome!)
- Proficient using mobile-first editing tools like Canva for quick-turnaround content
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors across key social platforms
- Creative individual with strong attention to social trends and cultural moments
- Enthusiasm for travel and flexibility with changing schedules for events and shoots
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Experience with or curiosity about Gen AI platforms for content enhancement
- Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus but not required
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $51,000.00 to $57,000.00 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
