Job Responsibilities

• Perform in a comedic commercial setting with natural and engaging improvisation

• Work collaboratively with the director and crew to deliver authentic performances

• Interact comfortably with animals on set

• Participate in a virtual callback with the director prior to filming

Requirements

• Non-union talent preferred

• Male and Female actors, ages 35–45

• Must be local to Pittsburgh (no travel reimbursement)

• Comfortable working with cats and dogs and not allergic to animals

• Strong improv or comedic acting experience

• Open to White/Caucasian performers

Compensation

• Rate: $1,250 for one day

• Additional 20% agency fee if applicable

Job Description:
A new sleep apnea device commercial is seeking adult actors based in the Pittsburgh area to portray a couple in a realistic and relatable lifestyle setting. This is a non-union, non-speaking principal opportunity. Filming will take place in mid-November with an additional shoot scheduled for early 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray individuals using a C-PAP sleep apnea device in commercial and photo content

• Follow on-set direction for non-speaking performance and photo poses

• Maintain professional demeanor and comfort while wearing a C-PAP mask during filming and lighting setups

Requirements:

• Must be local to Pittsburgh, PA (no travel, lodging, or per diem provided)

• Must be available for two full shoot days during the week of November 17–21, and for two additional days in early 2026 (female role only)

• Comfortable wearing a C-PAP mask on camera

• Realistic, relatable, and approachable look

Roles:

• Woman (Primary Talent): Ages 35–45, average build/size, ethnically or racially ambiguous

• Man (Spouse): Ages 35–45, average build/size, all ethnicities encouraged to apply

Compensation:

• $850 per day for 8 hours plus $1,850 usage fee

• Additional 20% agent fee if applicable
